My family stayed in Andrews condo for a week long getaway. The condo is beautiful and well appointed. It had everything we could possibly need. It is very clean and well stocked. We were able to make meals without having to leave the condo. There are 3 very nice pools so it was never crowded. The pool near our condo had a beautiful view of the marina. Andrew kept in touch to make sure we were able to get in and quickly responded if I had a question. He is a joy to talk with. The instructions were easy to follow and the added information on the local restaurants and activities were a bonus. There is a beautiful jetty that you can see amazing sunsets from. The saltwater lagoon was a delight. There were so many fish swimming around us. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the Keys and I would recommend Andrews condo to anyone traveling to the Keys.

We had an amazing stay at this Key Largo condo. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how exceptionally clean and well‑maintained everything was. The kitchen was very well equipped and all of the beds were comfortable with lots of pillows to choose from. The community is a gem — three sparkling pools, a beautiful calm lagoon perfect for snorkeling, tennis, and beautiful grounds. The location is ideal, close to fantastic restaurants, water activities, and everything fun in the area. It made exploring Key Largo incredibly easy. The gated security did their job well, but it was also such a smooth process with 0 hiccups. What truly set this stay apart, though, were the owners. They were thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely kind. It’s clear they care deeply about their guests’ experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had such a wonderful stay - truly a hidden gem in the Keys. Check-in was seamless, and our hosts were incredibly thoughtful and organized, providing a detailed guide that made it easy to explore everything from Key Largo to Key West. The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully appointed with everything we needed.What really stood out was how peaceful the property felt, even during the height of spring break. The beach was the perfect place to unwind with a book while my husband fished from the jetty, and the pool areas were never overcrowded.We’re so grateful for the care and attention our Andrew and Sally put into every detail - it made our stay feel effortless and special. A truly lovely experience all around.

Our trip was awesome. Their condo was awesome as well. Clean spacious with everything we needed. The pool were great The best part was the views from the beach Sunrise and sunsets were amazing. Thank you for hosting us. We are hoping to be back next year.

The apartment was spotless and the hosts were responsive and welcoming. They clearly work hard to provide a great experience for their guests and pay attention to every detail. We highly recommend Andrew and Sally and their beautiful Key Largo home!

Host was very welcoming with list of activity suggestions provided in advance and contacting us upon arrival. Condo was warm and clean with nice amenities and a very nice pool and pier. Family friendly area. Highly recommend staying at this condo!

Andrew’s art work is exceptional. The place was very nice, the host was very accommodating. The properties amenities were very nice. The salt water swimming pool was warm and relaxing. The boat ramp on premises was a plus and being able to keep and launch jet skis right there was a convenience not found at other properties. The gate security person, Sharon, is now a friend we’ll stay in touch with. Good memories were made there at Kawama!

Yes, the host was very welcoming and the place was fabulous. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, some coffee, spices and plenty of tableware.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had plenty of room for a family with 4 adults. Everything was spotlessly clean and ready for us when we arrived. We also enjoyed the beautiful art work throughout the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our first visit at Kawama, such a nice place. The unit was clean and comfortable with kitchen amenities. The communication with the owner was exceedingly helpful and tentative to our visit. They have gone the extra for information for your stay. Recommend this for your visit in Key Largo.

The place was nice, the community was great, it had a couple of different pools and a nice lagoon to walk around. Andrew was very responsive and a great communicator. We would stay here again if we are ever back in Key Largo! Thanks for being a great host!

Very clean and comfortable condo. Also very spacious. Everything you need is provided. We had a great time and would stay here again in the future if we were to return to the Keys. We would definitely recommend to others.

My husband and son came to stay for a week in May and couldn’t have had a better experience. Before arrival the owners sent VERY detailed check-in instructions and then followed up after our arrival with a phone call to make sure everything was good. The place was immaculate and had several “extras” like day passes to a state parks and snorkeling equipment for our use. The property itself was well maintained with 3 different pools and a lagoon with kayaks. The location is 5 minutes from several good restaurants.After our return the owner followed up to find out if there was anything that could be improved. I definitely would recommend them and will stay there again if we are ever in Key Largo again.

The condo was exceptionally clean, beds were comfortable, lots of space for my mom, my three kids, and me. My kids absolutely loved the lagoon and spent lots of time there. The Tower pool was great and so warm. It was nice to have good amounts of hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap, etc - no one wants to buy that stuff on vacation. I also appreciated that there was sun screen and a few essentials in the fridge. Close enough to town and things to do. The only negative thing I can say is that there was no walkable beach. There was so much seaweed and rocks, it was impossible to get out there to snorkel. I am not marking down for that because that's not listed as a huge selling point of this condo and not the fault of the owners, just an FYI for anyone wondering.

Great condo! Great location! A clean, quiet and serene vacation destination, but yet very convenient to the other places we wanted to visit. Owners were very thoughtful and communicative. Highly recommend!

Andrew and Sally have an amazing, comfortable and updated home in paradise. They made the check in process seamless and the amenities can’t be beat!

Really nice place. Great location right on the water. Awesome sunsets off the point! Place comes as advertised and is well stocked with all necessities. Andrew was very helpful pointing us in the right direction for things to do, and followed up a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed.

Spent two weeks in Key Largo. Unit very clean , comfortable and well equipped. Host provided very complete and detailed information for not only the property but also local attractions. Salt water pool with chaises , tables and umbrellas. Lagoon on the property with beautiful tropical fish, perfect for snorkeling. Watch the sunrise from the private beach. Next to John Pennecamp state park for snorkeling and kayaking. Close to many restaurants for stone crabs and glorious sunsets.

The condo & property are very nice. We were not aware of some of the rules/owner requests until 2 weeks before our visit. All 4 of us were in our 70s & 3 have mobility issues requiring use of canes. The condo is not user friendly fo anyone

The condo was very well outfitted for our stay. Spacious. Clean. Everything one would need in the kitchen. Tennis rackets and tennis balls were nice to have provided. Very comfortable. 2 beds and 2 full baths for each bedroom to have their own bathroom. All very good. I would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great condo and was very clean with lots of Amenities. Hosts provided lots of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The pools were all clean and the view of the bay beautiful.

Two bed two bath spacious condo on 4th floor of the building. There is an elevator but no luggage carts. Some undercover parking. No contact entry and exit was very easy . Newer appliances Very clean Lots of information from the host and easy communication. Very small balcony overlooking parking lot. Nice pool area close and a few lounge chairs on a sandy area across from marina. Close to State Park with incredible snorkeling.

The property is easy to get to and is so close to many attractions, restaurants and shops. The check-in is easy and quick. Andrew and Sally have a beautifully furnished condo with many extras to help make your stay extremely comfortable. The pool is so nice and close to their condo and so is the parking. A big 2 thumbs up for sure!

The location and property were great. The condo was very roomy and clean. Plenty of pillows and blankets if needed. The washer and dryer is right outside the room and personal no sharing which was AWESOME! The pool just for tower guest was okay and pretty private but we enjoyed the pool across and close to the lagoon. Property is easy to gain entrance and exit. We arrived late for check in but still easy to check in from the gate. The Florida state pass was GREAT to use. We used it for a few state camps which saved us a little here and there but very nice scenery and beaches to enjoy. Once we arrived we were contacted by the owner to see if we checked in okay and if we needed anything. He did call several times which I had not been contacted by no one else through renting their places. The only downfall was the water pressure. Which with the Keys water pressure is not something they are known for. The toilet in the second bedroom was very hard to flush. Did not ding them for that because it is a key west thing and the main bathroom worked just fine. I would recommend for this to be a place to stay. Was able to see very beautiful sunsets and sunrises.

Everything was great! We had an enjoyable stay. Great for kids and family having the pool and beach. Very clean and has everything you would need. The host was very helpful with sharing activities. ThuAndrew

We just came back from an awesome vacation! Andrew and Sally's condo was perfect! It had everything you need with a beautiful beach, marina and pools. Andrew and Sally were very accommodating and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure their guests enjoy their vacation!
