What a fantastic location and a beautiful unit! We truly enjoyed our stay.We love the Terraces—the Beach Club is right there and the Hotel Resort next door for sunset cocktails. The Beach Club has lounge chairs (get there early—around 7:30am—with a cup of coffee to claim a spot), great snorkeling, and the neighboring Resort also offers two excellent restaurants.The Terraces pool was also very enjoyable, and honestly, we hardly left the area because there’s so much to do right outside the door. We especially loved our morning walks around the fish pond.This unit is now our favorite! We capped off the trip with dinner at Lava Lava Beach Club—such a perfect ending.We’ll definitely be back!

Location is sublime and all amenities are high end. Unit is spacious, comfortable and gorgeous with art and other fine touches throughout. A truly top notch and posh abode that i would stay in again.

The condo was great, well-equipped and the first floor location made it easier to go to the beach and pool through the patio doors. We are returning next year for the same unit. The only issue we had was the 3 or the 4 camp chairs available in the beach closet were broken, but the manager is going to replace them.

This corner unit was fantastic. A nice stroll to the private beach for snorkeling or a stroll the other direction to have an amazing cocktail at the Auberge Bar.

Great spot for family

The property manager was so helpful and the check in was seamless. The location was central to the Bay Club and the hotel where most of our family was staying. The condo was gorgeous and cozy. Even though you can tell the condo was recently renovated it did have a lot of wear and tear from previous guests. The kitchen supplies were a little gross- definitely not as clean as I would like (greasy, still had food remnants). Aside from that, the condo was wonderful and I can’t complain.

Planned a quick trip for 5 days to Hawaii. It was somewhat last minute but we were very lucky to find this place. Beautiful home with 3 bedrooms and incredible views. We have stayed at the Mauna Lani Hotel many times or in condos in the area but never at the Terraces. Don't want to stay anywhere else. Proximity to the beach, terrific snorkeling and great restaurants was wonderful as everything was in walking distance. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and would sit on the lanai with a cold drink and enjoy. I would highly recommend this spot.

Property was lovely, private porch. Great bbq/picnic area. Close to good snorkeling. Tons of wildlife. Pretty unit. Appliances a little hard to use. But guest book explained it. Nice to have boogie boards, chairs, coolers in the unit!
