Matapalo 605-Ocean View Condo at the Diria Resort

I liked the condition of the property and the gated parking. Pool was great too! Its very close to everything!

We stayed at this condo for over 2 weeks while my daughter was taking classes at Wayra. Everything was exactly as advertised and there was even a yoga mat for me to use. The condo was extremely clean and tidy, and the rooms were spacious as well. The beach chairs and towels were so useful and handy. The balcony was beautiful and we loved our views. We also loved the central location and we always felt safe here.Two minor issues that should be addressed however;1. There should be instructions that the showers need time to warm up. I felt like I was wasting water when I texted about getting hot water in the showers and was told “let it run for 5 minutes”. Maintenance was very responsive, but it would have saved everyone time if it was told to us at check in that the “faucets need to move all the way to the left and wait 5 minutes”.2. Some of the plastic utensils and cutting boards need to be replaced; the plastic was coming apart and we didn’t use them because of that. Those items were the only part of condo that didn’t match the rest of it’s luxurious properties.Overall, we had an amazing trip and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo. Views are better than the pictures can show. Great location across from the beach, in the heart of town. Pool was amazing.

Condo was well stocked. Hosts were super responsive to any questions. Turned down the condo for new linens a couple times during our stay and were generally easy to work with. Love the complex and location to everything the town has to offer within walking distance. We did not have a car or feel the need for one upon our arrival. Sunsets on the balcony or beach were amazing and the pool was a great reprieve as well. Would love to come back some day.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! It was the perfect size for our family of four, and we loved the pool and the proximity to the beach and all tamarindo had to offer. We would highly recommend this condo to families looking to stay in the area!

Everything was just wonderful! The property management team was outstanding and handled everything for us! Location was excellent and the condo decor and amenities were perfect!!Hope to get a chance to come back!

Our family of 5 traveled to Costa Rica for the first time and stayed in La Fortuna, Monteverde and lastly Tamarindo. Arriving at this property was a dream. The home is beautiful and has every amenity you could need. The view is gorgeous and watching sunsets on the patio was one of our favorite memories. The pool on the property was great the kids loved swimming each day. You could not ask for a better location right in the heart of restaurants, shops, and a quick walk across the street to the beach. Having a full size washer and dryer was so helpful for our trip. Plenty of room, very clean and comfortable bedrooms- We truly felt pampered to be staying at this property. Would definitely come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean and the location was close to restaurants, bars, etc. Only complaints…the safe didn’t work according to the directions left for us, and the lighting in the bathrooms could have been better.

This property is beautiful! The view is truly breathtaking night and day. We had everything we needed from beach chairs and towels to all the cooking items you would need. Wonderful location and beautiful pool and short walk to the beach. Would love to come back!!
