This code will be sent to you 5 hours before your scheduled check-in time, ensuring a hassle-free and seamless arrival experience



The Neighborhood:

We are located two block off main street in downtown Moab which is the lively and vibrant area of town. You'll be within walking distance from the best restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops, as well as local attractions like the Moab Information Center and Moab City park.



Other Things to Note:

Parking notes: There is free guest parking for customer only on the property. Trailer and larger vehicles can be parked in the street out front of the parking lot.

Hot Tub : For your safety, our hot tub is serviced daily by a certified inspector. Additionally, it is fully emptied and deep cleaned every Sunday morning.

Please note that this deep cleaning process may result in the water not reaching the optimal temperature again until Monday.

    This place has whatever you need for a vacation close to Arches National Park. It’s 10 minutes away for the ANP entrance, great for getting in the park early without reservations. Very clean, comfortable, patio, 3 TVs, good size kitchen. The apartment situated close to downtown, but private and quiet. Highly recommend!

    Great location, just far enough of the Main street to be quiet. Everything was as advertised. Very nice outdoor area. Condo was clean and well stocked. The people were very nice, professional, and very organized. Would definitely stay there again.

    Our stay in downtown Moab was exactly what we wanted! Nearby National Parks and the town was so cute with shops and restaurants. The apartment was so clean, with comfortable furnishings, perfect parking, and even laundry. Highly recommend as a base for exploring the area.

    We truly enjoyed our time at this property. We found it to be fantastic for our family of four. It was about four blocks off the Main Street so that we weren’t impacted by all the jeeps for Jeep Week. It had great amenities. I grilled out one night and we were able to do laundry which they graciously provided the necessary detergent and super sheets. It was convenient to Arches and Canyonlands. Make sure to visit Corona Arch while you are in Moab too.

    We were very happy with this rental. It was exactly as pictured. Good AC, comfortable beds, full kitchen, and central to all the things in the area. 8 minute drive to Arches National Park. We would definitely stay here again!
