Welcome to Marsh Winds 2C! Unwind and reconnect with the rhythm of the island on the first level of this charming beach getaway. This light-filled space offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation, steps from the Folly River and minutes away from the shore.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo offers coastal comfort providing neutral colors and beachy accents which invites the island vibe indoors. Whip up delicious meals in a well equipped kitchen with bar and table seating. You have a sliding glass door that leads out to a private screened in porch providing marsh views and wildlife. Drift off to sleep in your choice of a king, queen or either of the two twin size beds (trundle).

Sunbathe and swim at community pool in the complex. It's a refreshing alternative to your time not spent on the beach and splashing in the ocean. The beach is approximately a 12 minute walk, or a short bike ride or drive away. Public beach accesses are found at every block and nearly every half block up and down the island. Use the complex elevator to conveniently move all of your belongings in and out. Stairs to all floors are also accessible.

The spacious primary bedroom offers a tranquil escape with a king-sized bed adorned in plush linens. Large windows flood the room with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Enjoy your own access to outdoor oasis via screened in porch to enjoy your morning coffee or evening relaxation. The en-suite bathroom is a spa-like retreat, boasting ample counter space, a dual vanity, and an option to soak in a garden tub or hop into a stand alone shower. The second bedroom is equipped with 1 queen bed, TV with cable, and it's own full, private bathroom. Guest bedroom 3 is just down the hall with 2 twin beds via a trundle also equipped with cable TV. Third bathroom is attached to the twin bedroom, as well as being accessible from the hallway.

Folly Beach downtown area is just across the walking bridge. Wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street, or find the local and tourist favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy Instagram shots!

Just a short, 25-minute drive will take you into historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Experience world-class dining, art galleries, explore swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more! Parking for up to 2 vehicles is free is available in the parking lot - parking passes provided. Fresh linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

Condo amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, keyless entry, contactless check-in, community pool, elevator for complex, full size washing machine and dryer in the hallway closet, fully stocked kitchen with standard appliances, central heat and air conditioning, free parking for up to 2 vehicles. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent, no exceptions. Family friendly. No events or parties allowed. Maximum occupancy of the home, of 6 guests, cannot be exceeded, regardless of sleeping or visiting. Community Pool typically opens around April 1st and closes on Oct 31st. HOA determines when the pool is open. Property is handled through a local property management company and has 24-hr on-call maintenance services. Please contact us if you have additional questions. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.

    For the price of the property the kitchen was not stocked very well. There was no cofee or any seasonings. You would expect to have enough supplies to support at least a couple days. The place was clean any nicely appointed .

    Wonderful! Super clean and organized, great value, easy drive to the beach. Only suggestion: linens (sheets and towels) had stains. Ick. Also, the lofted twin bed was rickety and squeaky. Probably needs some tightening of bolts to stabilize it. Minor inconveniences to a great stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

    Location is fantastic. We were able to get to the beach by car in 5 minutes and to Charleston by car in 30min. Overall the condo was nice. Negatives were the paint peeling around the jacuzzi, showers, back porch door was not easy to lock, jacuzzi didn’t work but was not advertised as an amenity. We were offered to get the place repainted during our stay ( why would we want to smell in paint fumes?) the kicker for us was one of their blankets had a period stain on it and it smelled. I don’t think everything is bring washed or looked at once you check out- the excuse was someone left the blanket behind but it was a similar style blanket that all of the rooms had- that really put me off as the excuse was “ oh I’m sorry it sounds like a customer left the blanket behind “

    We stayed here for a short getaway. It was perfect for our family of six. We really loved having three bathrooms. The only downside I can think of is the kitchen knifes need a good sharpening. Thank you for having us!

    Very clean condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Very walkable to the beach and shops but also a quiet place to stay. Easy check in and everything we needed. We would stay again!
