Just steps away from the Marriott`s Timber Lodge is one of the world`s largest gondolas, ready to whisk you to the top of Heavenly Mountain, where you’ll find the longest ski run.

Construction Updates

Important Wildfire Update
Before your departure, we want to make you aware that the resort is currently monitoring winds and other conditions associated with wildfires in the area. Please note that while there is no change to the operating status of the resort at this time, weather conditions and potential road closures in the area may impact your ability to access the resort.

We encourage you to actively monitor the current weather situation in the area of the resort before you depart. Further updates on resort operating or road closure status will be provided on this page should conditions warrant.

Cashless Resort
Limited cash is accepted at the Front Desk. Credit cards and room charges are the only acceptable forms of payment at other locations.

Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Pets are NOT allowed.

General Property Updates
The resort does not offer self-parking or parking of boats, recreational vehicles, trailers, or vehicles taller than 7 feet, 2 inches. All rental reservations include a tidy service every other day.

Packages are available for pickup in the lobby or delivery to your villa by our Safety & Security team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The package’s recipient must be present with valid identification at the time of delivery.

Storage: Safety & Security will store all incoming packages for 90 days. Unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender, where applicable, or disposed of.

Please note that all packages are received and processed by a third‑party service before reaching our Safety and Security Team. This third‑party service only operates Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. As a result, any deliveries made outside of these hours may fall outside of Safety and Security’s ability to deliver in a timely manner.

Durable Medical Equipment

If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They`ll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you.
