The 2-bedroom Villa was just as advertised, very clean, had everything we needed for our 3-night stay, highly recommend. The location is perfect, walk to shops, casinos, restaurants. We loved it!

What a great place to stay with your family. The whole process was stress free and that lead to an amazing vacation. The rooms were exceptionally clean and stocked with basics such as dish soap and a sponge. Little details like dish soap or utensils at the grill site by the pool made this an exceptional stay. The beds were so comfortable and we had plenty of space to cook and eat dinner or play games at the table as a family. There was something for everyone so no one had a bad time. It's located in a great spot that allowed us even more options. I was so thankful for the host. Communication was detailed and response time was quick. This made checking in and out stress free and smooth. I knew what to expect so there were no surprises. I would recommend this property to anyone and I hope we get the chance to do it again.

A very enjoyable vacation! The accommodations are excellent and I would highly recommend staying here. Very close to a lot to do and some great restaurants.

The property and condo were very nice. Great location to walk to everything. Right in the center of all the major restaurants and shopping. Pool was heated and very nice. Property was clean and well maintained. Only issue we had was one of our rooms tv was not working the first night. They did fix it but would have been nice to have working tv to start with.

This was one of our very best experiences. The directions provided were super helpful, so we knew exactly what we needed to do to make our check-in smooth. The staff members at the lodge were friendly and very helpful. The property and the room exceeded expectations. We had plenty of room and everyone (aged 5 to 85) was happy with our space. Don't hesitate, this one is worth it.

Our apartment was exactly what we wanted. It was clean, well laid out, nicely furnished, and in a prime location. You had to use valet parking, but they were efficient, and the cost was reasonable.

The location of this property was perfect for our needs. We were just steps away from the state line and a few casinos. There are several dining options in walking distance. The room had all we needed and the beds were very comfortable.

Clean room, the Host kept the lines of communication open throughout the booking process, as well as, the lead up to the reservation and throughout the stay. Views were amazing, and in an ideal part of town.

Close to gondola and great facility!

Great place with awesome amenities. It was right next to the gondola and a short walk to downtown. Having a Target next door was a plus.

Perfect for families. Literally steps away from gondola and right in the middle of Heavenly Village. Insane location. Great space. Lots of fun activities for kids. We can’t wait to come back!

Well placed and appointed condo.

The place was absolutely perfect—fantastic location with the ideal mix of a VRBO feel and resort-style amenities, all within walking distance of anything else you might need. The layout was spot on, and my 24-year-old daughter especially loved having a second bedroom set up like a hotel suite with its own TV, mini fridge, coffee maker, and seating area. We all loved it and would definitely stay again.

The property was conveniently located to activities, restaurants, and the concert venue. We had a nice stay with our family. The ability to have a suite with kitchen, W/D, and separate bathrooms was a plus.

Perfect location. Well supplied, we had everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer, we would have really settled in!

This two bedroom condo was very comfortable, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a shared kitchen and TV area. Conveniently located within walking distance of many local shops and the gondolas. Staff were helpful, especially when we encountered a slight problem checking in. Would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Marriott! It was gorgeous inside, very comfortable room, nice gym, heaterld pool, and everything within walking distance.

The rooms were very clean and it was perfect location to access the Heavenly Gondola.

What an amazing property and room(s)! We were given connecting rooms on the top (5th) floor, one of which had a bedroom with king bed and bath plus living, fire place, dining, and kitchen while the other was a suite with king bed and bath. The living room had a king sized sofa bed - super comfy with foam pad and solid base, no painful springs. The suite also had a similar sofa bed but size was a double. The rooms could easily accommodate 7 people. As VRBO/owner guest, the property waived the $35 per night car valet fee. Retrieving our car was a simple online request with messaging confirmation. Ski/snowboard valet service was also very convenient. Even though Heavenly was not fully opened so we could not take advantage of the gondola up to ski, the short walk to the shuttle to get to the California base lift was super convenient. We will definitely stay here again in future trips to South Lake Tahoe!

This property is in a GREAT location and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We are 4 seniors who travel together frequently and much prefer to stay where we have a living room for relaxing and visiting. Our two bedroom suite was perfect and very well appointed. There was nothing lacking. It was funny watching us try and figure out the coffee pot! We enjoyed the property and all it had to offer. We also took the tram to the top and totally loved the experience and the awesome views! We live at sea level so being up over 9000 feet was an adjustment but lovely. We were there to see the Dan and Shay concert at the outdoor venue at Harvey's. It was so nice to stroll down the street and be where we needed to be. We only took the car out of the parking area to drive to Reno and then all around the lake. We usually do some cooking but we didn't this time. The restaurants in the resort were more expensive than we expected but the service was good and the food was fine. The pizza and Greek salad at Base Camp Pizza was very delicious!
