This one bedroom courtyard condo is furnished with 2 queen beds, a sofa bed (folds out to a full size bed) and a full bathroom. There is a kitchenette and a living room, great for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

The kitchenette features a small sink, mini-fridge, microwave and portable electric dual burner. It’s stocked with plates, bowls, cups, pots, and cooking utensils.

You will have access to the entire condo area. There is a shared courtyard that features ahot tub, picnic table and a BBQ for all Marina Cay guests and owners. During the summer, there is an ice machine open near the hot tub. We provide an ice bucket in the condo.

Nearest public access to Flathead Lake is at Wayfarers State Park, which is a quick 5 minute drive from the resort.

The unit is in the Marina Cay Resort. The Blue Cat is located on the resort property and during the summer offers boat rentals, jet ski rentals, boat slip rentals, kayak & paddle board rentals, and fuel for your boat. Check out their websites or message us for contact information for more info!

The ice machine is closed during the winter.

The hot tub in the courtyard is open year-round. The hours are 10am - 10pm. There are occasions where the hot tub may need to be closed for maintenance.

Glacier National Park is ~39 miles from the Marina Cay Resort. The “Crown of the Continent” is a must see while visiting the area. There are many other options for hiking outside of Glacier National Park including Jewel Basin hiking area and Lone Pine State Park.

2026 Update: Glacier National Park is a popular destination for our guests. The park has announced that the timed & ticketed entry system that has been in place for the last few years will NO LONGER be in place for 2026! This means that guests will only need a traditional entry pass to enter the park. Passes can be purchased at the recreation dot gov website or at an entrance gate to the park. The park typically has various construction projects planned during the summer. Beginning July 1, private vehicle parking at Logan Pass will be limited to a maximum of three hours. In 2026, the park shuttle system will provide express service to Logan Pass for visitors planning extended alpine hikes and activities. Shuttle tickets will be released during two booking windows:
• A portion of tickets will be available 60 days in advance beginning May 2, 2026, at 8 a.m. MDT on a rolling basis.
• Remaining tickets will be released at 7 p.m. MDT for next-day entry beginning June 30.

If you are a winter guest, AWD or 4WD vehicles give you flexibility to explore more of the surrounding areas during the winter.

We are not affiliated with the Marina Cay Resort company that is onsite at the premises. They manage the boat slips and boat rentals.     Great stay. Condo was very clean in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Walkable to downtown Bigfork, for cute little shops and small-town charm feeling. I went running along the Swan River nature trail, near downtown Big Fork. We walked over to Flathead Lake brewery, which had delicious dinner. Overall a great stay!

    This condo was great and well kept. We did initially have some trouble with the tv in the bedroom, but other than that, our stay was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this property to friends or family visiting Bigfork, MT in the future.

    We enjoyed our stay here! 2 adults, 2 toddlers. Place was very clean and beds/pillows/couch were very comfy!! Plenty of extra towels, toiletries, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, etc. Kitchen had everything we needed. Store was close by for groceries. Walking distance to downtown shops. Location was great for what we came to do in Montana. We also liked that there was a schoolyard playground across the street for the kids to playin. The host was responsive and a pleasure to work with! Would not hesitate to stay again! on.

    I was in Montana for an outdoor event. This location was perfect for being close to town and to the event that I needed to do. Host made everything very easy would definitely stay here again.
