Welcome to your own beautifully appointed apartment in the heart of Marigot Marina Village. Enjoy the independence of your own private accommodation, whilst also enjoying the use of the pools at the adjacent Zoetry Hotel. Whilst the Hotel is an all inclusive, the apartments in the Marina Village are afforded free access for their guests to the pools and gym at the Hotel. Food and drinks can be purchased, with card, at the upper pool bar during the daytime. The Marina Village itself, where your apartment is situated, has a cafe/restaurant/bar open from breakfast to dinner, a Steak House Restaurant, 'Driftwood, open evenings only and a Coffee Bar, Coco Cafe. These are all open to the general public and payable,

    The apartment was adequate, if a little dated. Fairly spartan kitchen supplies. The area is very isolated, with not much to do. A car is required to go anywhere, and the state of the roads and traffic mean that it is a bit stressful to get anywhere. The marina is ok, but limited. The “marina village” is very disappointing, the food not great and the staff quite disinterested. The Zoetry hotel looks good, but in reality it is tired. The gym was ok, but the food was poor. The grocery stores do not favour self-catering as much as the ones near Rodney Bay do. We cut our trip here short and went up to Rodney bay.

    Taxi was at airport to meet us. Pauline greeted us at apartment to show us around.A spacious and well equipped apartment with access to the hotel's pools.

    I rented this Unit 6A along with Unit 6B for a group birthday trip. This unit was great, and very spacious. The unit was clean, and had everything we needed! The location in the bay was close to all the places Marigot Bay had to offer. The access to the Zoetry pool was such a nice feature for many in our group! We couldn't have chosen a better place for our group to stay for our St. Lucia trip! And, you will not find a better host than Pauline. She was amazing! She answered any and all questions, kept us informed about the area, and arranged a driver, Moses, for our airport transfers, and any driving we needed while on the island. She is the most welcoming host I have encountered renting a vacation rental! This condo was everything we needed and more to make our trip to St. Lucia one to remember! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

    Our host and her husband, Pauline and Cornelius were so attentive to our needs. The apartment was nicer than the pictures! Location was excellent, the Zoestry the adjacent hotel amenities was perfect. Pools and restaurants were good! Highly recommended!

    This is a great property that is just right below the hill of the Zoetry property. You can essentially get the Zoetry property pool and fitness area without the higher priced option. You also have a great host team that is communicative and will tend to every question you got and also have thought of everything that you need without needing to request it as they probably already have accommodated it for you ahead of time! This is well worth the stay and price cannot be beat in my opinion!

    Pauline was a gracious, helpful and responsive host. The unit was quaint, charming and immaculately clean. We enjoyed morning coffee on the large balcony overlooking the courtyard, with water views being just steps from the unit. Pauline arranged transportation from the airport (and accommodated our flight delay/late checkin). We stayed connected with Moses (the driver) throughout our stay, for a grocery run and return trip to the airport. He is a gentle soul, and lifelong local of the area, and entertained my (many) questions. And true to as advertised - what makes the unit ideal is access to the resort next door - literally (and way more economically) the best of both worlds. A short 3-minute walk, the resort pool and restaurants were fantastic, and the food/drinks were reasonably priced. The Hurricane Hole restaurant and Coco Café are steps from the unit. Our dining favourites otherwise were the poolside bar/grill (great sushi!) and Rum Cave.  While there is a beach of sorts (a short boat ride across the bay), this wouldn’t be what would draw you to this area. However, there are plenty of beach excursion options. We did a full-day outing by boat with Cornelius (Pauline’s husband) and his crew, Paul - both so knowledgeable of the coastal area/history, and enjoyed stops at Sugar Beach and L’Anse Chastanet. The (safe) trek up the hill is worth the view, and the local bakery smells were amazing. Being our first time to St. Lucia, the unit and location were most enjoyable.

    Amazing property, photos do not do this property justice. The balcony is huge and the apartment is really spacious. Had all cooking essentials required an excellent standard. Went on the boat trip with Cornelius which we all had an amazing day trip. Pauline arranged a taxi which stopped at the supermarket on the way in for a stock up. Highly recommend.

    This is our second visit at this property. Pictures accurately describe the apartment. Communication with Pauline was excellent. Pauline went the extra mile to accommodate an extra day for us. We loved having access to the next-door gym and pool. Will return!

    Our apartment was spacious and immaculate! Our host left us a binder full of helpful information about things to do while in St. Lucia. The nearby restaurants were good and accessible by boat. We loved Hurricane Hole and its staff. The apartment added so much to our stay.
