A/c worked great and we could find all the necessary items for food prep in the kitchen. We enjoyed the centrality of the location, could literally walk to the local beach - although that was quite eroded- and there were other beaches in easy driving distance. The matress was good, and we enjoyed the outdoor seating. Tiffany was an excellent host and was most attentive to our communications.

Great location to just walk to Atlantic Ocean.

When we arrived for check-in, there were no beach towels or kitchen towels in the unit. I messaged the host and she had these items delivered within two hours of our arrival which was awesome!! Unfortunately, the last night of our stay, the air conditioning stopped working, so it made for a warm night for sleeping. But overall, our stay was great, the location is excellent and close to nice beaches, restaurants, and music--would stay again.

Communication was absolutely perfect! She responds quickly! It was a sad situation (funeral), but the unit was clean and comfortable. Everything was there that we needed. Thank you so much!

We cut our 3 day stay down to 1. This place has potential but it needs some care. I dont need fancy but I do need clean. Our feet and socks are black from walking on the floors. The counters are peeling and it leaves them sticky. The pull out bed has a plastic cover that has seen better days. It has holes in it and rust on the bottom from the springs I guess. The outside was under some construction. The laundry facilities are basically outside so i wouldn't plan to use them. The walk to the beach is definitely easy enough. It was very disappointing to have to cut our beach trip short.

This place is fully prepared with everything you need for your beach trip. The host is very responsive and takes care of any issue there may be fast.

We loved the beach feel of the apt but the outside/door/sidewalk was need of cleaning up

Our issues are as follows: *The closets were so full of stuff that we were unable to hang any clothes*The laminate countertops were peeling off and dirty*The frig and cabinets had leftover food - unsure of how long it had been there*The windows and blinds were dirty*The walls and doors were dingy, scratched and needed a fresh coat of paint.

Spring Break to see the grandchildren ... this unit was just lovely , no complaints . Tiffany is so accommodating and very available and responsive. The beach access is just across the street. Had a great time .

If the beach is important to you, you couldn't find a better place for the money- right across the street from the beach. Everything that is needed for a great vacation on the beach was provided. You are also close to the causeway so if you need to leave the island for anything, you are close. The accommodation itself is an older place and was very comfortable.

For our purpose of beaching it, the location was good. The condo was clean and had most everything you’d need. Easily walkable to restaurants and beaches.
