This was an excellent stay for my wife and I. We had a minor issue at checkin that was quickly resolved with a phone call. The property was as nice as the pictures - It even had a Keurig coffee maker which was an excellent surprise for us. The beach was across the street and there was plenty of excellent dining within a short drive. We love having the ability to enjoy our morning breakfast routine in out unit as well as a light lunch without having to go to a restaurant. All the cooking utensils were there. I am happy to give this a 5 Star rating.

Beautiful

Closet doors in laundry not installed, leaning against wall. Doors in master bathroom deteriorated towards bottom. The 2 large burners on stove don’t work. Baseboards were dirty, some peeling paint, bedspread was horrendous, pillows were the worst thing I’ve ever slept on - went and bought pillows, water pressure sucked.

The most wonderful place to stay. A perfect getaway for a few nights. The host was very helpful, and the condo was immaculate! Will stay here again!

A great stay at a great property!

The place was wonderful. The owner responds quickly to our text. If I came back down there again, I would rent the same place. It's location right by the beach and easy access. It was nice that they had chairs and an umbrella available in the condo. We set out on the patio ever night and listen to the ocean. I can say enough how beautiful the place was.

Everything was great, beautiful view, very clean, easy access to everything, fast response from realtors, close to all food and stores, perfect for a couple and children or just a few people.bvery accommodating

This property is very nice, the view is amazing. I would give it 3.5 star rating.The space is a bit smaller than photos apperar but is decorated nicely. The kitchen is tight if you plan on cooking much but is well equipped. The cleanliness of the property could be much improved. The floor hasn't been mopped or scrubbed good in sometime. The masterbed is a king but does sag on one side as if its worn and could stand replacement . The trash room is right out side the master bedroom window which makes for some extra noise when people walk by for trash disposal and to their property. Overall for the money i was expecting a bit nicer bed and shower. I would definitely recommend a new cleaning company.

Majestic Sun 909A was a perfect place for our beach honeymoon! Condo was exactly as listed, clean, and the host was easy to communicate with.

The property is beautiful. This is our second stay in this condo. It is so clean and well kept. Owners are very quick to respond as well. Love it! We will be back soon!

We chose Majestic Sun based on the location and the indoor pool. The views from the condo were great. The condo overall was great. The pool gate codes were not provided at check-in, but the owner responded immediately. Although fairly common, we had to adjust our meal plans to what was provided in the kitchen. We would recommend providing a kitchen towel, work on getting the small stove burners to lay flat, and replacing the toaster that doesn’t latch.

This is the perfect place for great time at the beach, sports bar or sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. We love the Majestic Sun.

The property is great! View from the balcony is unbeatable.we watched the sun set every night. Everything in the condo works great and we had everything we needed. Special thank you for the extra blankets and pillows!

We enjoyed our stay and the view of the ocean was amazing.

We are locals who wanted to take a night away from home to celebrate our anniversary. We were happy to find this gem! The view was stunning. We spent a good bit of time enjoying the view on the balcony both in the early morning and at night. The location is fantastic. There is plenty of great dining and shopping nearby. 30A is close enough to go enjoy that, too. The host is great. Very responsive, hospitable, and helpful. Highly recommend!

Condo was in great location. Nice facility overall. Pool never crowded. Beach access, forewarning if you have a beach wagon you will have to carry down steps or go further down beach to ramp access.

The management team was quick to respond. The place was up to date and clean. The location was great with a lot within less than a mile walking. We will definitely be looking to visit again and stay here.

We always have a pleasant and peaceful vacation on Majestic Sun, this is the fifth time we came here. This year we enjoy more than the others because the unit 909 A is a very nice condo. Very well kept, clean, cozy and the view was magnificent. We will return next year for sure.
