Main Street Loft/Luxury 2nd Floor 1100 sq ft Condo

This place is exactly where you want to stay if you’re going to enjoy old town cottonwood. Will definitely be staying again

Right on Main Street so it can be a bit noisy on Friday/Saturday nights. However, the bedroom is in the back of the 2nd floor unit and is very quiet. Decks are on front and back so you can catch morning and evening sunshine. The hosts are very gracious. Every detail has been considered. It’s very clean, new construction.

There’s not much more that I can say that has not already been said. If I could, I I would give it five stars plus. The lodging is perfect in every way. It passes my mother’s white glove test in terms of cleanliness—and she is tough. The decor is fun, but not tacky. I just loved all the touches. Moreover, the owners go to a lot of trouble to make your stay positive. For example, they knew we had flown in so probably wouldn’t have a cooler so they put one in the unit for us—and I think it was brand new! It was a godsend. You need cold water when you’re out and about in Arizona. Furthermore, we loved that Patty and Michael lived on site. First of all, they are the nicest people you ever want to meet. In addition, they were not intrusive at all, but it was so helpful when we occasionally ran into them to get good tips for our daily excursions. Finally, the location is perfect. A friend who goes to Sedona area quite often suggested we stay in Cottonwood instead of Sedona. She was right on! We loved being able to walk to the many fine restaurants, wine tastings, shopping, and more. Sedona is lovely and, of course, the reason we went to Arizona, but it is only twenty minutes away. You can’t walk everywhere like you can in historic Cottonwood. Also, Cottonwood is centrally located to many other local attractions. So there you have it, the Loft on Main is a gem and it made for a perfect vacation for us.

Very beautiful and well appointed condo in Old Town Cottonwood AZ, walkable to all of the downtown and convenient to travel to Sedona. The host's were very present and really helpful to assist us if we had any concerns - they seemed truly invested in making sure we had a great time. We will be back!

We just returned from a weekend getaway to Cottonwood. The property exceeded expectations in every way. It was very spacious and everything was like new. It is steps from everything in historic Cottonwood. We met the hosts one morning when they were working on one of the vacant units. Patty and Michael are amazing hosts who take great pride in their property. This is the place to stay in Cottonwood. We will definitely be back!

This unit was everything and more on what we expected for this stay. Unit was very clean and compfortable! Location was perfect!! Close to everything in old town Cottonwood. It is upstairs, so, if any mobility issues, this may be a problem. Host was very responsive and helpful. The town decided to shut off electricity for a couple of hours in the evening and the host contacted us to let us know what was going on. A little inconvenient, but did not hampered the rest of our stay and was not the fault of the owner. The only negative, was the competing music between the wine tasting music and bar music playing at the same time that could be heard in the unit due to the location. Not only was it a Friday night, but a holiday weekend as well. The positive was they stopped playing around 10:00 pm. Regardless, we will definitely look to stay here again and will definitely recommend.

We have previously stayed at the Lofts of Old Town properties and it never fails to impress us how perfect they are.Not only are the owners amazingly accommodating but the properties are always in perfect condition.Clean and well equipped, a place you’d be excited and proud to call your own. Comfortable beds, we slept like babies.The location is the best in town.You feel immersed in the old town culture,So much to do and only steps away from restaurants, wine and shopping to hikes and entertainment.We are excited to stay again soon.Thank you Mike and Patty!

Perfect location with all the small details at your fingertips whether coffee for the french press or a wine carrier for stepping out with access to all of Old Town. Friendly, responsive, and helpful hosts. Can't wait to stay here again.

This is an amazing VRBO! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The loft was spacious with a full kitchen, living room area, bathroom (with 2 vanities), large bedroom and walk in closet. The place is very well maintained and very clean. Everything looks brand new. We loved the area to hang coats. There are 2 balconies, one that overlooks all of Main Street. Although we didn't cook anything, the kitchen has everything you need (including a Keurig and a French press). We definitely plan on returning!

We enjoyed The Loft on Main Street for an entire week and never ran out of things to do. From hiking near Jerome and enjoying a fine meal at Clinksdale after, to beautiful walks in various spots around Sedona and a visit to Tugizoot National Monument plus the walks accessible right from the condo our time went fast! There are plenty of good restaurants and wineries within walking distance from the condo so no need to drive at night. The condo itself was immaculately clean, well appointed with lovely art on the walls, a great king bed, and two nice balconies. We especially enjoyed having wine on the front balcony and people watching. We will be returning and thank Patty and Michael for all their advice and thoughtful touches.

Always a great stay on Main Street. The loft was in immaculate shape. Communication with Patty and Michael is always consistent. My wife and I always like to stay here in the fall and will always book this loft as it is always a great experience!!

The loft is a perfect place to stay in Cottonwood. Out your front door is every thing downtown Cottonwood has to offer within walking distance. No need to try and find parking. You have a reserved parking spot out back. Inside the loft is top notch accommodations. Luxurious at every turn. Outside seating gives you a great view of the downtown streets. Great for enjoying the downtown bustle from your private balcony. Once inside the loft its very sound proof and you can relax in peace and quiet serenity. We loved our 5 night stay and would definitely stay again if back in the area. Better than any other rental close to Cottonwood.

We get away from the valley to the Cottonwood/Verde Valley area about twice a year. Usually we stay in motels or B&B’s. But I discovered this gorgeous loft right downtown, and it was perfection! The one bedroom loft is very spacious and modern, with great amenities including a large walk-in shower, two balconies to enjoy the sunrise and sunset, a comfortable living area with a large screen TV, and a fully stocked kitchen. Being right on Main Street we walked to dinner both nights to local restaurants which was a huge plus after all day enjoying the wineries in the area! Patty was great with communication, and we especially liked all the local info that she has available at the loft. I highly recommend this rental! 5 plus stars all around!

The hosts have thought of everything for this beautiful and spacious condo. Well appointed kitchen and bath. Comfortable bed and plenty of closet space. Handy washer and dryer. The location in old town is perfect too. Walk out the door to shops, restaurants, and wine bars. Also an easy drive to see the sights of Clarkdale and Jerome or visit the many vineyards nearby. Overall a great place to stay and I hope to come back someday.

This property was a great choice for us. We had never stayed in Cottonwood before and the location of this property was perfect. One day we spent walking old town, stopping in to shops, restaurants and did some wine tasting all without ever moving our car. It is also close to some other wineries that we visited. The property was exactly as described.Very clean and beautiful. And the patio was enjoyable to watch the activity along Main Street. Check in and out was a breeze and we had the pleasure of meeting the owner while we were there. Very nice people. We would highly recommend this property and we will be staying here again in the future.

Patty & Mike were so gracious! The property was much more than we expected!! The location was great for our trip. We enjoyed the area restaurants and shopping. I would recommend this property to any couple looking for a relaxing get away in a beautiful area.
