This 41-sqm. unit (with balcony) is located at One Palm Tree Villas condominium, a gated community with 24/7 security within the newly established Newport City. Itis located just across NAIA Terminal 3, making it perfect for travellers arriving from long haul / late night flights or departing for early morning trip. This is also suitable for couples or small families who like to take a short break, yet still stay within the city.

We offer the ff. amenities to make your stay enjoyable:
• Separate living area with cable TV
• A spacious bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, fresh bed sheets and linens, and a built-in wardrobe
• A fully equipped kitchen - fridge, electric stove, electric kettle, rice cooker, microwave, oven toaster, pots & pans, cutleries, dining wares
• Washing machine & portable laundry hanging rack
• Water heater in the bathroom, basic toiletries and towels
• Iron & ironing board is available upon request
• Free wifi, access to the recreational facilities of the complex (swimming pool, changing rooms, playground)

Guest Access

Guests have access to the recreational facilities of the complex (swimming pool, changing rooms, playground).
Swimming pool and kiddie pool are available from 8am to 10pm. Proper swimming attire is required.

Interaction with Guest

Minimal interaction (check-in and/or check-out only) for guest/s’ privacy but we do try to provide extra services if possible and requested. We are normally reachable within the day for inquiries via email, phone and sms.
