Stayed Dec 31, 1969I was very pleased to have been accommodated as per my request.The details for my arrival were followed and I had a very smooth arrival to manila and into the condo I rented. I thank the host for her help in providing me with good detail coverage. I will rent here again but I would appreciate a microwave unit and at least one good blanket to cover the bed. I think some draperies in the bedroom with a nice comforter set would go a long way in making the unit feel more like home, just my opinion. I would like to be able to have a hot water rain shower in that unit because as a westerner we like our hot showers without having to fight the cold water. I still wonder why I could not use the pool without having to pay I thought as a registered guest I would have the same privilege since the owner is not using the pool. For the price and location the value perception is very good and it is centrally located for where I had to travel also. I love the Philippines and will be glad to stay here again and I would feel greatly respected and happy if the owner would have a microwave and hot water for my next stay. Stayed Dec 31, 1969My girlfriend and I stayed at this condo for 2 weeks and all I can say is, although it is small, it's just perfect for 2 people! It is clean and quiet. Everything works just fine. The AC is cold. Location is great. 5 minutes from the Mall of Asia and close to the airport. The pools are clean and the entire building is well maintained. It is also safe. I have no complaints!!
