Upon entering, you'll find a charming kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless-steel appliances. With ample storage and workspace, it's perfect for preparing meals, including fish caught right out back in beautiful Braddock Cove. The dining area leads to a cozy deck, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the sunrise. The living room also offers water views, and the vaulted ceiling adds a spacious feel to the room.



On the first floor, there’s a private guest room with twin beds that can be converted to a king bed, an adjoining bathroom, and a full laundry room. The upstairs primary suite features a luxurious king bed, ensuite bath, and a private balcony. You'll also find a dedicated private workspace upstairs, perfect for remote work, ensuring a quiet and productive environment.



The entire villa has been freshly painted and furnished with new furniture, and both bedrooms feature state-of-the-art picture frame TVs.

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $200 non-refundable fee for first dog, with an additional $100 for each extra dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.

* BR 1 - 2 Twin Beds that can also be converted to a King if you prefer

2. Guest verification - a fast, standard guest verification.

Pick your coverage: Damage Waiver (a small, non-refundable fee covering eligible accidental damage during your stay - our guests' favorite option, since it takes the stress out of minor mishaps) or Security Deposit (a fully refundable hold, released after checkout as long as everything's in order).

There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
