Luxury waterfront townhouse w/ sandy beach outside your patio door! WOW!

This was a perfect place for us, made all the better for how wheelchair accessible the entryways and paths to the lake front were. Our family had a wonderful time here!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Chelan Shores condo! The unit was very nice, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen that made meal prep a breeze. The bed was super comfortable, and the owners thoughtfully provided a great DVD collection and board games—the kids had a blast playing Battleship in the evenings.Logistically, this place is a dream. You get covered parking, and unloading the car is incredibly easy with just a 15-foot walk right into the condo. The location is also incredibly convenient; there’s a really great Walmart on the other end of town for quick grocery runs, and the casino in Manson is just an easy 10-minute drive away.The resort grounds are beautifully maintained. The lawns and the small beach are incredibly well-kept, and all the yard workers and staff we ran into were so friendly. We loved having such quick, easy access to the boat launch and dock, and the short walk to the big pool and hot tub was a huge plus.Honestly, there is so much to do right there on the property that we completely ran out of time. We would absolutely book this spot again!

We were happily surprised that the unit had recently been renovated, it's beautiful inside with nice furniture. We liked the location next to the dock. We also appreciated the AC and fans inside the condo. We arrived shortly before check-in time, however the Lake Chelan Shores staff at the check-in desk were quite curt and let us know that we would not be able to check-in on time. Our unit was not cleaned until 30 minutes past check-in time. No apology given either, which I thought was a bit strange. It's less easy to be flexible when you've driven 5 hours with groceries. There was an issue with the overhead lights from the recent renovation. I let the host know immediately upon arrival. He was very responsive about this, however it did make us quite uncomfortable to find upon returning to the unit one day that someone had come in to fix the lights without any notice. We had left the unit for a couple hours and they were fixed when we returned. This means that a stranger had entered our rental without any notice, with all of our personal items inside. I asked the host about this (to see if he had prompted this) but he never responded again to me until I said thank you for the stay after check out.I loved the unit but I am not comfortable with unannounced arrivals.

Gorgeous ground floor condo with nobody overhead which is a huge bonus! Great kitchen, fabulous view out to the lake, bedrooms were super comfortable comfortable, fully equipped bathroom. Very quiet. this is our second stay over Mother’s Day weekend and we will continue to return. Thank you.

Disappointed about fireplace, no way was it ready for even a presto log that we has to spend on. Main heavy sliding door non operational, tear in leather sofa very unattractive. Yet, the location was superb, cleanliness was great, had to use the shower in the loft, main tub on the main floor too difficult. Yet, location was superb.

My family enjoyed the most relaxing long weekend at the lake. The views, accommodations and amenities were perfect.

We could not have been more impressed with our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our host was very communicative. The accommodations were clean, well stocked and it was most definitely the best condo there. The lake access was fantastic and the property itself is well kept. We will definitely be coming back - hopefully soon!!!

We loved our stay in Chelan. The condo was the PERFECT location. The kids could play in the beach while we watched from the patio. The condo was the best equipped rental we have stayed in. The kids loved the spiral staircase also. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Check in and check out was easy and staff were friendly and helpful. The condo is in a great location, right on the beach. Parking was covered and close. The grounds are very well maintained. The unit was very clean when we arrived, and well equipped. The large TV was nice, but the remotes were tricky. The bed was OK and the leather sofa was comfortable. Overall, we had a nice, quiet, relaxing stay. However, there were a few problems and improvements that can be made. Shag carpet in the leaving room and bedroom? Really? The unit could use some updating. The dining table chairs were so uncomfortable we had to use the patio chairs. Only a child or small adult could fit in them. The grill never worked properly and we were not able to grill when we were there. Maintenance and the owner were responsive, and a new one was ordered to arrive after we had departed. As reported in previous reviews, the toilet rocks back and forth. That's probably not good for the wax toilet seal. The kitchen sink faucet is loose at the base and moves easily. These can be fixed easily. The clothes drier drum wouldn't turn when on. Maintenance fixed it. The knob on one of the cooktop burners had been removed and rotated 180 degrees so that it was not off in the off position. That was hazardous if not paying attention. I corrected it. As reported in previous reviews, there is a large tear in the leather sofa. It should be repaired with a leather repair kit to avoid further damage.

Beautiful location right next to the water, it was also really really peaceful! Tim was very communicative and would check in on how the stay was. Would definitely stay again

Our unit was dated, outlets in the loft would not hold electrical devices and one outlet box comes partially out of the wall when used. The sofa has a tear in one cushion, the screen door is missing on one side of the patio doors. The carpeting is very dated shag carpeting and much of the wood trim desperately needs refinishing. Having said all of that we had a great time in Chelan and all of the folks at the condo complex were friendly and nice. The owners of this unit I hear are very nice folks also and maybe just need a fresh eye to evaluate their units condition.

Fabulous condo unit right on the lake. Very well furnished, all the luxuries of home away from home. Check-in was seamless and communication with the owner was super easy. Highly recommend this unit.

We were there in April, just wanting to get out of town for a few days. We were pleasantly surprised at what a nice little town Chelan is, and think it will be a great place to bring our kids & grandkids in summer.

We had such a great time during our little get away. We had our grandsons 10 yr and 12 yrs with us. The condo is wonderful, well stocked and comfortable. The lake views are spectacular. Reservation and check in went smoothly. We would love to visit there again in the future.

we stayed at Tim's place for christmas and enjoyed our stay. the property is well kept and the views are to die for. we stayed in winter so were able to enjoy the tranquility ( which at times is missing in summer ) . checkin experience was smooth. lake shores is close ( comparatively) to echo ski resort so there is that too if you are planning for a winter visit.

There was a small tear in the sofa, and the seal on the west screen door was loose. There were also several no-se-mud in the kitchen. Otherwise the unit was neat and clean. We enjoyed our stay.
