Posted 1/12/23: Phase IIIA Irrigation Project will start next week Monday 01/16/23. They plan to start at Building 15 and work their way back to Building 19, this is a slightly smaller section than the Phase II Section and we are hoping that it will get done quicker than Phase II. Please stay tuned for more updates. Phase IIIB will commence in the Fall which will primarily be from Bldg 16 - 18, and Bldg 22 and 23. There will be a tie-in to Bldg 20 which will go under the main drive area just

Stayed Nov 27, 2024The swimming pool was great, and the condo had lots of room. I wish the condo was a little cleaner, like baseboards, windows, etc. etc. Average Cleanliness overall. Other than that a really great place to stay,

Stayed Oct 29, 2025Lovely complex, the unit is a bit outdated (carpets, furniture) but clean and tidy. The complex is quiet, clean, close. The pool is a big highlight, unfortunately on this trip the pool closest to us was closed for maintenance. No reflection on the owner, just unfortunate. The pool has a hot tub, great shade and wonderful water feature where you can watch the birds, unfortunately we couldn't use it and the other pool is pretty far away. Would stay here again.

Stayed Mar 28, 2024The shower worked well, the appliances worked well. The unit is dated and has a very small TV. The parking on this site is not easy.

Stayed Nov 4, 2023The property was clean and in a good location. My complaints are small: the kitchen appliances work but are so worn that you can't read the settings on the stove or coffeemaker. And it'd be nice if more dishwasher and laundry detergent was available. Overall we are happy with our stay.

Stayed Dec 20, 2022The condo was nice and clean and well laid out. It was well stocked with kitchen Utensils and dish ware. Being able to have access to the pool was amazing for the family. Would definitely come back again.

Stayed Feb 10, 2022Communication was fast and responsive, location was perfect, the pool and BBQ are are close to the suite so its very convenient. The only room for improvement would be that the in suite amenities (ie dishwasher detergent, clothes washer detergent, garbage bags) were very minimal as advertised. We ended up buying a frying pan, kettle, and baking sheet for the suite because we wanted to cook some dinners instead of dining out each night. My only recommendation for future guests would be to plan for this and otherwise enjoy the suite because its great. I would stay here again for sure.

Stayed Jan 6, 2022Love where the condo was, but the kitchen lack the operate things to cook with. I did buy several items to help us when did cook.. I did leave them.
