Old fashioned property, right on Spring Steert, highly excessible to grocery,dining options Friday harbor, whale watching tours. Best to stay for the location Not so good on : 1. No Dishwasher 2. Old rickety floors, 3. Poor Lightening, some of the fixtures dont work 4. Falling door knobs Other than the above had a lovely cosy time loving in the condo

The location is fantastic, out the front stairs is the main drag of Friday Harbor and the back stairs lead to Girlfriend's Consignment (a very worthwhile stop) and Coho Restaurant (we had a very special evening there, amazing food and comfortable ambiance). The condo kitchen has everything you might need and the rooms feel large and spacious. For 5 adults we had enough room to all be together or sneak away with a good book. Would definitely choose to stay here again. I had some questions before our stay and the host was quick to respond, kind and helpful.

Uptown Condo is a lovely place to stay right in the heart of Friday Harbor! The rental is beautifully cared for and very clean. Owing to allergies, I am always cautious, but fragrance free laundry detergent is used on the bedding and towels. I look forward to returning.

This property was perfect for us. It was located right in the heart of Friday Harbor and we didn't need a car. The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable. There was nothing we wanted or needed that wasn't there. Milene made herself extremely available and answered all of our questions and more. She has been the best owner we have dealt with and we greatly appreciated all of her advice. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The condo was perfect for our stay on San Juan Island! Right in the heart of Friday Harbor, it had all the essential amenities, and was very clean and comfortable. The hosts gave very clear check-in and check out instructions, and were super responsive throughout the booking process and our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Such a perfect spot to explore the island. Walkable to most Friday Harbor attractions and. Great jumping off spot to drive around the island. The EV charger was perfect with a dedicated parking spot. The place itself was charming and well equipped. Comfortable and perfect for a family.

They were very responsive and helpful. We had a great time. The condo was centrally located. The decor was cozy and cute.

We spent four nights at the Uptown Condo in Friday Harbor and are already dreaming of our next visit. The Uptown Condo was perfect! Great location that included parking. All the amenities that we needed for our stay. Milene was an excellent host. She provided tips well in advance of our trip. She was easy to communicate with and very responsive. So happy with our stay at Uptown Condo!

Came to beautiful Friday Harbour to do bioluminescence tour. When 4:00pm came to access VRBO, a four digit code was not provided. I contacted the individual by email, text and via VRBO at 4:17. No response until 5:15 when I received a text telling me “the code was provided in an email. You should read it.” And the. Told me to use number I had already tried. Attempted to explain but in visual texting was impatient and concerned that they could not locate me in front or back of property. Explained that they took an hour to respond and I was at dinner and would try the new code on our arrival. I so t appreciate being condescended to by an individual on a business transaction. There was not reason to be rude or demeaning. I paid peak price for this rental . Place was great but does not make up for attitude l of renter. I paid to have access to property at 4:00 and it was not my fault that the code she supplied was not working.

Location, location, location. Condo is exactly where you want to be for a multi-day stay on the island. It's an older building with lots of charm and thoughtful touches. Don't expect a recently remodeled or modern experience; instead, expect something unique, charming, and convenient for a stay in a town that also feels the same way.

We loved staying here. Very convenient to ferry. Had a parking space for car. Loved being able to walk out and enjoy the downtown stores and restaurants. Condo very clean and supplied with all our needs.

The property was great and great walking distance to everything downtown. Plenty of space for family.The front room was loud with the main road at times.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay! It had everything we needed—no scrambling to find essentials, just pure relaxation and enjoyment. It’s truly in the heart of everything—grocery stores, shopping, dining, an espresso and ice cream shop, and even a bowling alley with pool and an arcade—all within walking distance. Whether you’re looking for adventure or just a cozy getaway, this spot has it all.On top of that, the host was amazing! Communication was great, with quick responses and a genuine warmth that made me feel like I was talking with family. Their hospitality made our stay even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be back!

Loved the location and the layout. I’ve stayed at a few places around Friday harbor and this is the best setup and location that I have found

My kids and i all stayed at the uptown condo and loved it. The location is unbeatable, right on the main drag. The bunk beds appealed to my kids and the master bedroom was very convenient for me. We also loved the dining, living rooms and kitchen. The kids we fascinated also by the extra bedroom although we ended up not using it. The EV charger was a nice surprise and i used it of course :). Owners were very welcoming and sent good information about Friday harbor. For restaurants we loved the San Juan Brewery for dinner and Tina's place for breakfast (hint: you can replace the hashbrown with avocado and tomatoes :)). All up great stay in a great place.

We had a lovely time at the Condo. It's such a great location. The condo was spacious and clean and well equipped. Milene was very responsive.We look forward to going back.

Simply lovely. The town is dressed up for Christmas. In three days we explored the entire island, enjoyed coffee and meals just steps from our front door, and relaxed by the fireplace in the dark evenings. The hostess is friendly and responsive. Shout out to Vinny’s pizza and pasta for the best spaghetti, meatballs and salad, Crows Nest for coffee drinks, and Rocky Bay Cafe for breakfast and chatting with the locals.

The apartment was quite lovely and clean with comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen and amenities. WiFi was a little bit of a problem, but only on the last day we were there.

Great location allows you to park and walk to several restaurants and stores.

I loved that this rental was within walking distance of the ferry terminal and steps away from dining and shopping. It was comfortable with a big dining table for our group of six to eat and play games at. Since it's right on the main street, it can get loud at night. Most of the adults had ear buds to drown out the noise and kids still slept okay, just up a little later than desired waiting for noise to calm. We had a good stay overall, but we all agreed calling this a luxury space is a stretch. The kitchen and furnishings were very dated and worn.

What a fun stay this was! We were blessed with beautiful weather and a comfortable condo!!

We loved this place in Friday Harbor. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. We could easily walk anywhere in town. We rented a car to explore the rest of the island.

This was a great property! Location is perfect and with extended family it worked great! The Ferry system needs work but that is no reflection on this property!

Loved the large space. It needs a dishwasher in unit and more comfortable seating in living room. We enjoyed the unit and easy walk to everything in Friday Harbor.

Our host, Milene made check-in a breeze with very simple instructions. The location is off the charts perfect right in the middle of Spring Street, and across from King's Market - essential for groceries. The parking space held our large RAM truck easily. We have teens and it was very safe for them to come/go. It's maybe a 3-minute walk to the ferry. The alley also backs up to where they have weekend farmers markets, art shows - fun things in the summer. Thank you, Milene!

Great place to stay with the grandkids, was very convenient location for stores and restaurants in town! We enjoyed the county fair and traveling around the island. The lighting and thunderstorm was a plus!

Our family really enjoyed the convenience of being in the heart of Friday Harbor and the quaint, clean, spacious accommodations Uptown Condo has. This is a true gem on the island!
