Luxury, True Ski in/Ski Out Condo at Granby Ranch; by Winter Park & Grand Lake

The television in the living room couldn't connect. We were unable to watch any channels other than 4000's. We got error message 'we are having trouble connecting, please try again.' for any local and regular cable channels. Also couldn't connect to any streaming services. Remote control didn't operate with that. Otherwise, condo was great, nice layout and the location is fantastic.

Wow! This condo was even better than the pictures indicate. I loved the quality of the furnishings, the spaciousness, and the overall feel of the place. One of the great features is a window fan that helps keep you cool during the summer season. Communication with the host was very clear. I'd definitely recommend this place and will probably stay here again in the future.

My family stayed here while on a vacation to Rocky Mountain National Park. It was conveniently located to the park. The hosts communicated well in advanced and let us know everything we needed. Parking was easy. The condo was beautiful and well maintained. We stayed with a 1 and 4 year old. It was the perfect amount of space for a family of 4. We loved the kitchen and family room area. There is no AC, which we knew at booking. Opening the door wall allowed the unit to cool. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back.

1st floor unit allows for quickest access to slopes and return to unit for lunch without wasting time on elevator. Easy move in and move out. The most convenient location at a ski base one will ever experience.

This condo is in the perfect location making the ski resort easily accessible. The hosts were prompt in answering my questions. The condo was clean and everything was easy to find. We really enjoyed our trip and would stay at this condo again.

Property was very clean and perfect for our purposes. We particularly liked the gas fireplace and siting in front of it in the evenings. The proximity to the grocery store made it very convenient and their are a number of interesting coffee shops in town.

My wife and I stayed here for a wedding at the Granby Ranch Ski Resort. This condo was the perfect place for the event as it is close in proximity to everything in the Granby ranch community. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze, and the owner was very responsive to our messages. The condo itself was great with plenty of amenities. I highly recommended this place for a weekend getaway.

Unit was very neat and clean. Well equipped kitchen. There are no property managers on site so read the instructions from the owner carefully. You need several passwords to get in your room

The place was very clean, quiet, and centrally located to where we needed to be. The bed was amazing and the condo had everything we needed for our stay.Although, the place and location was amazing it was disappointing to know if we wanted to use the pool or hot tub that we would be charged. I know it is out of the hands of the owners but it shouldn’t be listed as an amenity if you have to pay to use it.The check in process was difficult because our WiFi wouldn’t connect. I would recommend taking a picture of the code and directions before you enter the neighborhood because we had to get back into our car and drive down the hill to find connection to reread the material. We had no place to print off the information because we had been traveling through CO and had just received the directions. Although, not everyone would have this same issue if they have a different provider. Even though we had those two concerns I would still highly recommend the place. Both of the issues we had were out of the owners control.

How close everything is to the ski resort. We were footsteps away for the wedding ceremony and reception. Overall great place to stay!!

Place was in great shape. Only issse was the water leak in the garage and that should have been jumped on by the management company.

- Common areas dirty and dusty - Pool under Constuction, not communicated. Kids very upset. - New gym had rules that you must have brand new pair of shoes to work out. Never been worn outside.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The condo was great. Myself, husband and son had a great time skiing. However to improve the stay of others I would greatly suggest that in the ktichen you have more than one dish cloth and one dish towel and to make sure the dishes are checked for cleanliness. When I was getting a plate out, it was full of dried mac and cheese something that is not easily missed. In the bathroom, I think there should be hand towels along with the bath towels and wash cloths and maybe more than just two. We only had two bath towels, and two wash cloths. No handtowels. You have a wonderful condo. Thank you for the stay!

We live Granby and this condo was the ideal location. They had everything we needed and more. Being able to park in a garage and only unpack your car once was perfect. Appreciated the hospitality!

Very well organized. Notes were everywhere telling us what was needed and how to operate things. This made everything much easier to navigate.

My son and I did a quick ski get away at Base Camp One. This was our 3rd time and Base Camp one and this first with this host. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when we needed some additional supplies. The listing is accurate, the unit was very clean. The first floor location is great!

We rented for a wedding we attended at the property. Everything went seamlessly. Appreciated having all the amenities including kitchen and laundry.

The condo is very nice and located near a lot of outdoor activities. Communication with the host was excellent, and the condo is well furnished. It was hot inside at night in July, so plan on leaving the window and door open.
