Luxury Top Floor Condo! Walk to PickleBall! Gated/ Pool/ Gym

My wife and I spent almost 3 weeks at this 4th floor condo in Botanical Place. The hosts, Ted and Angela, were absolutely FABULOUS!! The condo was immaculately clean, incredibly well-stocked with everything we would need and in great physical condition....beautiful view from the lanai, beds were comfortable and kitchen was easy to use. The people at Botanical Place were very friendly and we enjoyed interacting with them at the very nice pool and hot tub. Overall, this was one of our best experiences renting a condo for a winter vacation. Ted and Angela were very welcoming and always available. I would recommend this condo unit with my highest possible enthusiasm. We plan to come back next year.

Our stay was a first rate experience from beginning to end. The owners are very caring of their guests, going above and beyond to ensure the guests needs, as described, are looked after and any questions answered. The unit, it’s contents, amenities and the Botanical property are first class in every way. Very appreciative of the efforts of Ted and Angela and would highly recommend this property.

Everything was effortless from checking in to check out. Ted had everything ready for our arrival and walked us though the check-in process, so felt at home immediately. The unit was in excellent working order and well stocked to accommodate our needs. When we ran into a small glitch, Ted responded immediately. The unit is nicely located to the Botanical gardens, grocery store, restaurants and entertainment. The beach and pier are a short drive away as is Tin City, 5th Ave, and Cambria Park. Sugden Park and Avalon lake is just off the property and within insight from the deck of the unit. The association had a number of activities scheduled during our stay if we didn’t want to go off sight. Check out was as easy as check in! Thank you for a wonderful winter get away!

Really Nice property located near the beautiful botanical gardens. Makes it easy to go north to Naples or south to Marco Island. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Condo is incredibly clean, with my screened in porch and a particularly well stocked kitchen. Nice swimming pool is close to condo, rarely crowded, and beautifully kept. Angela and Ted went out of their way to make us feel welcome, even offering to let us borrow their car for the beach pass. They were warm and welcoming and this could’ve been a nicer stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious, comfortable condo that has been updated to feel like a brand new unit. We enjoyed the proximity to several parks, restaurants and downtown Naples. The pool was clean and comfortably heated with plenty of seating. The private garage was a huge perk as we brought our bikes from home. We enjoyed biking everywhere and just had the best time.

We just completed our rental for the month of February 2021 and rather than list all of the superlatives I would suggest you read the reviews of other renters to this outstanding property. This will allow me to keep this review somewhat brief! All of the reviews are accurate to a tee! Over and above in cleanliness and care, especially important since we continue to be in the Covid pandemic. Absolutely terrific owners, very comfortable condo, magnificent location close to Old Naples (such a short drive!), and such a nice pool, gym and clubhouse. If this property is available for your desired rental period, grab it before it is too late!

The condo was exactly as described. I had friends and family float in and out during the month. In each case, everyone commented on the fact that our hosts made sure everything was well-provisioned. Everything. Since Ted knew it was my first time visiting Naples, he took the time to tell me all of the good places to go and things to do over the course of my stay. Myself and all of my guests were very pleased with our stay at Ted and Angela's condo. The only downside was that I should have booked TWO months instead of one. Came back to single digit temperatures in St. Louis. Ugh!

Our family of 4 enjoyed a vacation here in December 2020. We found that the condo had all that you could possibly need. It was very clean, kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and there were plenty of beach items provided. The condo owners were wonderful and extremely hospitable. The condo community was quiet. The location wasn't far from the beach, 15 minute drive or so. We highly recommend this condo!

The property was modern, clean and well equipped. The owners, Ted and Angela were very accommodating and attentive to all of our needs. The condo is located close to many activities in the Naples community. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Our stay in Ted and Angela's condo at Botanical Place was perfect! It was exactly as the photos indicated. We were a party of two so the space was more than enough for us, you could easily fit two more adults and a couple of kids. We loved walking around the lake in the mornings, reading by the pool, and frequenting Dilly's at 360 Marketplace and Celebration Park along with many other great restaurants. We were within driving distance to friends in Vanderbilt Beach, Bonita Springs and even Fort Myers. Ted and Angela were friendly, gracious hosts who provided everything we could possibly need for a great vacation. We will certainly be making another visit!
