The kids will enjoy late nights whispering in the twin beds in their own bedroom upstairs, and you'll definitely enjoy your main suite, complete with a king bed, flat screen TV, and ensuite with steam shower, jetted tub, and double basin sinks. There's room for two more in the upstairs guest king suite and another queen guest bedroom for two located on the main level.

WHAT WE LOVE
- The views are absolutely incredible, and you'll enjoy them from both indoors and out.
- You won't find a better location. Granita is slopeside, with ski in/out access to several lifts, and you'll overlook Sunset Plaza with several great restaurants and pubs just outside.
- Penthouse private balconies with incredible views.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 2.
- On Wednesday nights during the summer, the free summer concerts in Sunset Plaza can be enjoyed right from the deck.
- Being in a coveted central location, there's activity around the building during peak seasons.
- There's no hot tub available for this home.
- This home could allow up to two dogs with final approval from InvitedHome. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. All details need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. The pet cleaning fee is $150 per animal and the pet rental fee is $50/night per animal. Pet fees will be added to the reservation after approval and are non-refundable.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
- Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.
- Nearby construction may cause occasional noise or disruption. Please call us for the latest updates—conditions vary day to day.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
