Luxury Oceanfront Top Floor Condo w/ Rooftop Deck, Stunning Views, Pool & Elevator in Downtown CB

Top Deck was fantastic! We had a wonderful stay with my wife and teenage kids. The location couldn’t have been better. Being able to walk everywhere made things easy. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. The views were stunning from inside, on the balcony, and of course from the top deck. It’s obvious a lot of thought went into the details, from the comfortable Polywood outdoor furniture to the step-up ledge leading to the balcony, as well as the fresh colors, design, and furnishings throughout. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would absolutely stay here again!

This condo is fantastic. Everything was clean and orderly. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. The view of the ocean is fantastic! We sat on the deck (both) every morning to watch sunrise! The condo itself is bigger than the pictures! We had plenty of room - we are a family of 4 and the children are teenagers. We loved playing games and hanging out in the house! We will definitely be back to this house on our next visit to Carolina Beach!

Top deck is an awesome place to stay! Extremely clean, modern, and decorated very nicely. We had everything we needed and beyond. We are excited to come back!

This condo offers it all! Located in a prime location and beautiful beach with sweeping views of the ocean. It was very clean and spacious! It offers a very comfortable balcony to relax on and enjoy the views. We also loved the rooftop! It was cozy and perfect for watching the fireworks. Many restaurants and activities are in walking distance!

Our family just enjoyed our 4th stay at Top Deck. As always, the place was spotless when we arrived, and was incredibly well-equipped. We again loved the incredible views of the beach from the condo and the balcony and the 360 views from the roof deck. The beds remain very comfortable and there were new foam pillows that were super comfortable. The huge TV was great for family movie nights. The location cannot be beat, with the boardwalk and a number of restaurants and stores close by. We barely used our car while we were there. As always, the iTrip team was great to work with. They proactively reached out with information and recommendations and were incredibly responsive to any questions we had. We can't wait to come back next year.

Had the best time on our vacation at Top Deck! The place was extremely clean upon arrival and provided many amenities that made our trip even more enjoyable. Will most definitely be coming back.

Great location!

We loved our condo and it fit out family perfectly. It was very clean and the family loved the rooftop deck. the condo is in a great location and you can walk to just about everything. Our only downfall was the elevator, we were on the 4th floor and the elevator was broken everyday and our parents (mid 70's) had to take the stairs a few times which was alot for them. If they had been in a wheel chair I am not sure what we would have done. I am giving this 5 stars because our POC's at Itrip NC Beaches were absolutely amazing. They checked on us periodically to see how our stay was going and every time I had to text them about the elevator not working they immediately replied and notified me that they contacted the HOA about repair. If you are able to do 4 flights of stairs and don't mind (at least until the elevator is finally repaired or replaced), this is definitely the place for you. We called it our daily exercise. :) Oh and it only has one parking spot, however we paid for a week (100.00) parking with the town to cover the other vehicle.

We were very pleased with this property at Carolina Beach. It has a great view right on the beach near the boardwalk. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and going up to the roof for meals, surf watching, and viewing the fireworks. The condo is spacious and clean with recent renovations. It easily accommodated our 7 member family. It was a memorable vacation .

The perfect place to relax and recharge! Beautiful, clean condo with amazing views of both the pavilion and the ocean. Walking distance to restaurants and more. Feel safe enjoying the ocean with life guards stationed at your beach access as well as rescue. Perfect views of fireworks on the beach. Short drive to Fort Fisher and the aquarium. Can’t wait to come back!

Almost Perfect!

This place was very nice and in a good location. We spent much time on the balcony and deck. The view of the ocean was spectacular and there were many restaurants within walking distance. I had not thought about taking binoculars and was happy to find a pair for use (I used them to watch the pelicans fishing beyond the breakers). It was a very relaxing place with plenty of room for all.

We have stayed at many places along this coastline and this place is by far the best. The location, the updated and tasteful decor, the two outdoor areas to relax, the views, right on the beach… We felt at home right away and enjoyed every second of our stay.

You cant beat this place. The views from the living room and rooftop decks, the decor and amenities, the location, and the great property management are all amazing.

We spent an incredible off season week at the Top Deck. This was the nicest oceanfront condo we’ve ever stayed in. The views are absolutely incredible! The condo was spotless, checkin was easy, host communication was a breeze, the location was stellar, furniture was comfortable. Everything felt high quality and solid. Sunrises on the porch were so memorable. We loved the roof deck and walking everywhere. Cannot wait to come back!!

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront condo! The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach and within walking distance of great bars and restaurants. It made exploring the area so convenient. The condo itself is wonderfully decorated, with a cozy and welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which really added to our comfort. Whether you’re looking to relax by the water or enjoy the local nightlife, this is the perfect spot. Top Deck is in the perfect location for Carolina Beach. The condo was exceptionally clean and easily accessible. I look forward to coming back and staying at Top Deck!

This was our 2nd year staying here, and once again it was the best most relaxing vacation. One of our favorite things is parking the car, and not moving it again until we leave. We walk everywhere. Beds are super comfortable and the view is breathtaking! We will definitely return in the future.
