The Space:

Sunrise Sanctuary 205A is the perfect getaway for oceanfront fun! This spacious tropical condo features two balconies with tranquil views of the Atlantic Ocean—the ideal spot to catch a glimpse of the 7,000-plus dolphins swimming off the coast. If you stay during the winter months from January to March, you can even enjoy whale watching right from your balcony! When you book this retreat, you'll haveaccess to on-site amenities, including pools, a fitness center, outdoor showers, and gas grills. Inside this oceanfront condo, you’ll find a 55-inch TV, a Blu-ray player, and Netflix in the living room. Each bedroom offers its own entertainment as well: the primary bedroom has a 46-inch TV and DVD player, and the second bedroom features a 32-inch TV and DVD player. Additional amenities include a full-size washer/dryer, a well-equipped kitchen with a KitchenAid mixer and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, and free WiFi throughout. At night, the primary suite offers a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination for your convenience. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom features two sets of twin bunks and their own desks, making it a perfect space for kids to relax and unwind. Things to Know The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
