Luxury Ocean View Condo! Resort Style Living, Sleeps 10

What a beautiful house and location. Nancy was wonderful to work with, and when a miscalculated mishap happened she gave us a variety of options. We loved the amenities provided, especially the beach equipment and the wonderful golf cart! Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Like the property and location . At the moment they had construction going on and it was very noisy and scaffolds by window and so on .

Nice property. Beach chairs and umbrellas are 70 per day, if you want front row it is 80 per day. If there are more than 4 in your group you must rent additional spaces. If you have your own stuff you have to setup behind the rentals. The public beach, Henderson beach is within walking distance. There are some usable chairs in the closet. The refrigerator quit working but it was replaced quickly. They are very easy to work with.

Great time, weather worked out good for mid-May. Condo was spacious and clean. Plenty of room for our family. Great location. No complaints.

We found this place last minute and we are So glad an unforeseen change in our plans led us to this amazing Condo. This is a Very spacious Condo and you will have plenty of room to spread out as we did, we had 5 adults and 2 children and we were never lacking space, and the Huge Baclony was amazing as well with awesome ocean views and plenty of seating. Another awesome surprise was the amount of extras they have stored. We personally found 2 pack and plays, 6 beach chairs, beach toys, and 2 beach wagons we were able to take all our goodies to the beach which was So handy with our party. Unit has 3 Bedrooms with a full bathroom in each, and 3 King beds!! That’s a hard find for a decent price believe me Plenty of entertainment within a short drive or mild walk. There is one restaurant/bar that is a very short walk to and on the beach, 2 pools, 1 is at beach entrance too! We were a little worried about the children crossing the small street to get to the beach but don’t worry, it’s not a real busy street. There will be cars but they are going slow because most are looking for a parking spot so wasn’t a real issue, hold their hand and keep them close by and you should be just fine Property Manager and Owner were beyond accommodating. They went above and beyond and also very responsive to all question and in a very timely manner We will be back, Thank You

Very nice and lots of room, very comfortable

The property is beautiful and the location is perfect to all the attractions, shopping, restaurants and beach. The condo is so lovely; comfortable beds, great living room space and all kinds of extras. The condo has beach toys, chairs and wagons which was awesome for a day at the beach. Just a few things if you are wanting feedback: I know check in is at 4:00 but we did not get an email until after 4:00 and I had to call. I realize help is in short supply but perhaps sending the email the morning of checkin would alleviate anxiety for first timers. The cookware needs a little updating (Few new skillets) and another set of forks. Overall, this place can’t be beat. I am already looking at the calendar for next summer. Thank you.

The property made for a very memorable family vacation, creating memories my kids will remember for a lifetime. The place was clean and well maintained.

We loved our stay! The condo was spacious, and very clean. Located close to the beach and lots of fun for kids. Would definitely come back!

My rental was clean, had good A/C, a nice view, and plenty of space. We were able to get inside 1 hour early which was fantastic. My only complaint well two or three: kitchen had zero spices I mean not even salt or pepper. This was an issue because I brought or bought things needed to cook but I didnt think I needed to bring/buy my whole dang kitchen. In my opinion S&P should be normal included staple like sugar which was also absent. The pots had rickety handles and were clearly the selection headed for the trash or goodwill. And I had ONE potholder. Overall, still a low end 5.

The condo was very spacious and comfortable. We had four adults and one toddler. The balcony was large with two sitting areas and a great breeze. The door was pretty heavy, which we didn't mind since we had a toddler with us. The condo is in a flight line for the airport but we didn't mind. It was cool to see all the planes fly over and the helicopters alond the shoreline. Everything was explained very well and it was easy getting to the pool and a short walk to the beach. What I do love about the Destin beach is that cars cannot be drive on it. The beaches were pristine and water crystal clear. We discovered that the hallway closet had beach toys, chairs and a wagon! The condo was very convenient to one of the elevators and trash chute. The pool was fantastic with lots of other families so the kids could play. We would definitely stay there again.
