Stayed May 25, 2024We enjoyed our time here, condo was clean and had a community pool that we used. Just a 20 minute drive to Marco Island. Would recommend to stay here. Only thing we did not have assess to the washer and dryer in the unit, the door was previously locked. Other than that, everything was very good.

Stayed Apr 26, 2024Very clean condo, pool is beautiful and a short walk. Condo has everything you need including beach chairs, umbrella, toys and towels. Check in and out is completely no stress. Great area with a ton around plus close to beach.

Stayed Feb 3, 2024The location is great. Close to shopping, restaurants, Marco Island, and Naples 5th avenue. Plenty of sidewalks so you can walk, run, or bike to see the beautiful area. There are 2 pickleball courts and 2 tennis courts. Nothing organized but it does not take much effort to find people to play. I was able to find people to play both. They do organize a weekly Boce ball tournament and have shuffleboard and the corn toss bean bag game you can get at the office. Condo is very nice and is on a pond which the Lanai overlooks. (facing east so if it is hot, it is not in the sun) The pool and hot tub area are very well maintained.

Stayed Aug 9, 2023The unit is extremely clean and well set up. The pool and clubhouse are a short 2 minute walk with Sam Snead restaurant a 5 minute walk.
