- Bellman service or luggage racks available for use. The hotel will NOT hold/storage luggage.

- Guests cannot pay for ANY services with their room key. All the services you wish to have will need to be paid a la carte, which means - at the time.

- No laundry services or facilities. We can recommend a close Laundromat or cleaners service if needed.

- No package deliveries to the room or desk.



Please keep in mind that although the hotel staff is friendly and convenient- they are there to serve the customers of the hotel. As our guests, we, your hosts, are your main point of contact. We will assist you in any way possible with your needs to ensure your stay is amazing.

Fort Lauderdale Area dubbed the “Venice of America,” is the yachting capital of the world. The city offers easy access to many marinas where you can charter and rent boats. If ecotourism is your interest visit Everglades National Park where you can view the wildlife (and feed marshmallows to alligators). Seminole Hard Rock Casino, where you can enjoy gambling, retail, entertainment, and dining, is less than thirty minutes away.



This unit is overlooking the sparkling Atlantic Ocean and warm golden sands of Fort Lauderdale Beach, in the heart of all the action. The hotel is right on Fort Lauderdale boardwalk that is minutes away from shops, restaurants, and more. Las Olas Blvd, where guests can find more upscale shopping, dining, and nightlife, is only a mile away. There are multiple fishing charters, bike rentals, beach volleyball, water sport rentals and more right outside your front door.

But don't forget to experience one of the unique features of Fort Lauderdale and our coined nickname Venice of America, Water Taxi services. One of the best ways to explore our city is from the water. Water Taxi is more than just a boat ride. It is an experience you will remember.



Other Things to Note:

Guests should understand that our privately owned condo is located inside a hotel. The hotel is stunning and offers a beautiful atmosphere. However, because our guests are NOT guests of the hotel, some amenities are NOT available to our guests or only offered as an additional cost that will need to be paid upfront upon service.



Interaction with Guests:

We are available via text, call, or email during the hours of 9am-6pm and provide an emergency after-hours telephone number for guests convenience during the duration of their stay. All guests will be personally greeted and check-in at the hotel lobby and MUST schedule a time that is approved (in writing) with our staff at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date via text message/email. We require all guests to call or text us 30 minutes prior to arriving to the hotel on their check-in date to dispatch an available agent.

    We had a very nice stay. The property was as described. It was clean and comfortable. The daily housekeeping was a nice plus.The hotel was great - we spent much of our time either at the beach or the pool.The communication and check-in process with the property manager was straightforward.We would definitely recommend and would consider staying again in the future.

    OMG, this was the best FLL beach vacation yet. We have stayed at the Conrad several times before, booked through the hotel, first time using VRBO. Flawless and really no difference. Suite was cleaned every day, spotless and smelling fresh. We spent every day on the beach lounging on beach chairs under umbrella’s, included in the resort fee. We had dinner at Takato which was wonderful, and hit the happy hour a few times, great deal for wine and appetizers. Everything is walking distance, Turlocks is just down the street, another fantastic happy hour with 1/2 off oysters on the half shell, wine and cocktails. The views from all balconies are breathtaking! Lovely ocean breeze blowing all the time. Some of the finishing touches in the room could be spruced up….lights flickering, dings and scratches in the walls and woodwork and the patio furniture. A+ and would definitely book this room again.

    The property was great. I loved how spacious it was. We had such a a beautiful view. My one year old had enough room to run around and play. The walker vacation rental team was so sweet and helpful. They always were super speedy with their response.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! Wonderful views of inter-coastal and ocean and hotel/beach amenities are superb. We had a great trip and would consider returning, but I feel it necessary to mention that there are quite a few items that are very tired and should be replaced/repaired immediately though. Master bedroom mattress (super saggy), rusted outdoor patio furniture/outdoor chipping trim, broken panel on dishwasher, living room rug is stained/frayed edges, master toilet takes a long time for tank to fill after flushing and makes a whining noise. Wouldn’t take much for this property to be even better than it already is. Please invest in the minimum updates that become necessary with any property after years of wear and tear.

    Upon check in we immediately noticed that the master toilet did not flush. Called the Hilton desk, they stated they would send someone to fix the issue. 30 minutes later the Hilton stated I needed to call the owner. We fixed the toilet and continued to have problems with the toilet throughout our stay. We departed the 22nd for two days. We advised the front desk and the parking attendants. I was assured by the attendant that “we only charge if we have the keys to the vehicle” Upon returning on the 24th we found that we were charged for parking. The front desk advised that there was nothing she could do because the parking is an outside vendor. Only when threatened to file a fraud claim with Visa suddenly was able to correct. Three trips to front desk to resolve. On the 24th we departed the room at 10:30 am as housekeeping was entering, returned to the room at 5:45 to find our door propped open left unsecured. We asked to be allowed to take our bikes up to the room to keep them secure. We were told in no uncertain terms we had to lock up the bikes behind the hotel on the street. The next day both bicycles had been stolen, the bike locks had been cut. Moved our vehicle off site on the 26th We never brought our vehicle back to the hotel. Checked charges on Feb 2, we discovered that we were still being charged for parking even though the vehicle had not been back to the property Clearly this is a scheme to defraud customers. Multiple maintenance issues with the condo.
