Stayed Oct 20, 2019This is our second stay and this beautiful location. They have added a very useful kitchen counter which we loved and also painted the entire inside. Beautiful. Location, Location, Location. We are both 83YO and not as active as we once were. This is perfect! Easy walk to three of the Top Restaurants in Wilmington in addition to small specialty places. The location right on the Boardwalk is perfect for meeting folks and making friends. The sunsets were out of this world. We are looking forward to returning for my wife's 84th.

Stayed Oct 9, 2019Absolutely wonderful! The location was so beautiful and everyone in the area was friendly. Great area for restaurants and shopping and just getting a good walk! Really wish the quote on average daily lodging more accurately represented the actual total cost.

Stayed Sep 27, 2019Overall good. Entry key system needs simplification to improve ease of entry. Room AC excellent. Towels were too few and stained. Need better room maintenance. Bed and W/D were excellent. Shower was good. Mini-kitchen was useful. Very clean room. Location was great.

Stayed Aug 30, 2019Great location, well appointed condo. Rental instructions clear and helpful. A minor issue: the rental booklet in the condo mentioned an air mattress & instructions for same for the sofa bed but there was no air mattress we could locate. Perhaps the booklet needs a minor update. Overall, this VRBO rental provided a superb lodging experience.
