Close to everything. Great apartment with plenty of room.

This was a great place to stay for a weekend getaway. This is a beautiful condo that is very well kept and clean, is in quiet location, and is only a 10 minute walk to downtown Moab.

The location was perfect. Close to all parks. The accommodation had everything we needed. Host were more then helpful.

Kitchen ill equipped. Coffee maker but no coffee,tea, sweetner, etc. Salt, no pepper. 1 teaspoon. No book for instructions, recommendations, guest comments. Bed and bathrooms very good. Master bedroom loud from stairway to upper units. And when someone moved in upstairs, we heard all of thier steps.

Enjoyed not being in the middle of town but still easily able to walk to the center of the tourist part.

Nice accommodations with very comfortable beds. Within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants.

This place is super nice and would stay there again.

Beds were comfy. The bathrooms were clean and stocked.

Even nicer than the pictures! All the beds are super comfy. Kitchen is well equipped. Great AC and fans! Patio is small but it works for a well trained dog:) Easy check in and out. Fantastic location. We will be back!

This condo is in the perfect location.It os very clean and well appointed. The spilt layout worked perfect for my family. Beds are super comfy as well. Great spot for exploring Moab. We will be back!

We loved our home base for our day trips to the nearby National parks. 2 nights wasn’t enough to get all that Moab has to offer, but this is the place to experience it from.

The townhouse/condo was great. We enjoyed the location and experience. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a central spot while traveling to canyonlands and arches national parks.

Easy check in. Clean and comfortable. Big screen TV was a plus.

Beautifully decorated condo, with all the necessities!! Great location, close to the Arches National Park and other activities in Moab. Close to great restaurants as well. We felt at home as we visited the Moab area.

We stayed here for a week and loved it. We had everything we needed and were extremely comfortable. The place is even more spacious than pictures show! Would stay again.

This 2br condo was the perfect base for our trip to Moab. Convenient to town, 10 minutes to Arches National Park. Good bed, nice living room area with nice TV.Would come back!

well equipped - great location- comfy- good communication no road noise- squeaky front door was the only thing that disturbed the peace but that was minor

Large, clean, comfortable apartment. Only complaint was the incredibly noisy front door.

This was a great unit, centrally located to all Moab had to offer. It had a nicely stocked kitchen with a much utilized washer and dryer. We were on the go most of the time so this unit was a great place to end our action packed day, and either enjoy our take-out or grab a quick shower before collapsing into bed. The beds were comfy, the unit was well stocked with provisions for laundry, dishwasher and toilet paper. The unit is entirely tile floor so sound absorption is not optimal - being from the East coast with kids that like to sleep in a bit, made is mildly challenging to keep the noise down in the morning so they could catch a few extra minutes of sleep. But all in all, we were very happy with our experience and would definitely rent from Tyler and Hannah again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was nice, newer and really clean upon arrival. The beds were comfortable too! The property is conveniently located in Moab but just far enough off the strip that we weren't in the hustle and bustle of the shopping area. We would absolutely stay here again.

Hosts were great, property is clean and comfortable. I would say the only downside is if you intend to spend a lot of time at the condo, there isn't a great outdoor area. We didnt come to Moab to hang out at our place, so it was fine for us. We were able to walk to most things we needed...groceries, dinner etc.

Great place! I oiled that heavy areas door hung on the front and once it stopped sounding like that Adams family mansion door, absolutely perfect!!
