This was a great location and the condo was clean, neat and had a great shower! Laundry was good and we used it. It was easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Lots of parking available. Spacious rooms. Plenty of dishes and cookware in the kitchen. It’s a quiet location. We like that.

Needs bedside tables on both sides of the beds with a lamp.The second bedroom bed on far side felt like it was shaky and felt like it was going to fall.Rug in living room needs to go. It is starting to roll on the side and all of us tripped at one time or another. You have a possible lawsuit waiting to happen. These are suggestions to improve the stay other than the above mentioned it was a great place to stay in Moab

Great location for our National Parks trip. Very convenient to Arches and not far at all to Canyonland. The unit was perfect for our group (2 couples). Very clean and well appointed. Will definitely stay there again when in Moab!

The apartment was beautiful and wonderfully located for our needs. The house had all the accessories we needed to cook with. And the beds were so comfortable.

Condo was nice but underfurnished for the price. No chest of drawer or table in the spare bedroom, no tissues, living room rug was a tripping hazard. Adequate , but not exceptional.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It’s clean, it’s spacey, it’s convenient to Arches… what more could you want? The washer and dryer feature was awesome! Plenty of towels were provided, which is always an issue when traveling with our family of four. We would definitely stay here again!

This space is exactly as described. It does not sit in the heart of Main St so if that is your vibe, it is a bit of a walk and driving can probably take as long depending on the day/time. The management company is responsive and responsive

Very spacious condo for 3 adults, great location just a short walk or drive to downtown. Very clean, and beds were comfortable!

The rental was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space for my wife and I along with our 3 kids. Having a full kitchen along with a washer/dryer was great for us to have in between visits to the Canyonlands and Arches. We would definitely book again.

Came to town for the outdoor beauty. Wore ourselves out with that each day. Property is great, quiet location for all the parks, etc. It was clean, comfortable, plenty of space for three adults or more. Grocery stores in town have all the basics you need. It would be a good place for several friend/family groups together to rent multiple units.Lots of parking for trailers with outdoor toys.. would book here again. Views of the rocks and mountains.

The location was in the town of Moab which was a quick drive in to restaurants, etc. good amount of parking, but we stayed in February where Moab is less busy. Rooms were comfortable, good amount of space in the living room. The place was quiet at night. Had a full kitchen but we didn’t cook during our stay

We have been staying at this particular location for the past 6 or 7 years for an annual trip to Moab, and love it. Very comfortable, nice views of the mountains, and walking distance to all the restaurants of Moab. Tyler and Haley were excellent hosts and made the check in and check out process straightforward. The place was in great shape and clean as usual.

Great property right in town. Walkable to restaurants and grocery store. Property owner was super responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo is conveniently located toward the edge of town. A market, restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and we enjoyed not being in the middle of very hectic downtown Moab. Arches NP is about a 15 minute drive. All the rooms in the condo are spacious and the kitchen is well stocked if you plan to do some cooking. It was just my husband and I, so we didn't need the 2nd bedroom, but it would also be a great stay for 2 couples or a family. Stay here if you want great value for your money!

We stayed for 5 days while visiting Moab and Canyon lands. It was very nice and new. We appreciated having a washer and dryer.. it was a nice and comfortable place to rest at nigh with recliners and couch. It is howwever on the 2nd floor with no elevator. new. I only wish we had known

The property is exactly as described in terms of cleanliness and location. It was roomy and easy to check in and out. Appliances worked well, and the surround sound was a nice touch. The location was perfect as it was right off main street, but away from all the crowds and chaos. We will definitely plan another stay here!
