The condo was new, fully equipped, comfortable, and close to town and Arches NP. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice to have a place larger than a hotel room.

This place was great for our time spent in Moab. It has a great location, could walk to several places to eat and shop. Everything was clean and set up great for guests. The sleeping was a little tight for 5 adults and a teenager, but we managed just fine.I would look this place up again for future stays

The location and cleanliness of the place was great. However, upon arrival we entered to a beeping smoke alarm. I contacted the host immediately on the app and text- no response. My husband, by a stroke of luck, found a ladder at a near by restaurant and disabled the alarm. The towels were worn with holes & bleach stains. Yuck! One tv didn’t work & one shower drained so slow you were standing in water the duration of the shower. After communicating about the alarm the reply addressed check out procedures with no mention of our issue. It seems AI is not a problem solver. After departure a communication acknowledged our concern apologizing and a commitment to rectifying these issues.

Great stay overall! Very clean with a nice amount of space, even with two teenagers.The stairs could be a challenge for those with mobility issues. The microwave and cupboards were very high up.Know that the property is somewhat loud. We could hear other guests. Everything in the unit was loud too (dishwasher, washer/dryer, and trash can all squeaked).At the far end of town.Indian place next door is delicious.

Very clean and comfortable condo. Large two bedroom gave us plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our stay. A close walk to some cool restaurants, bars and a grocery store. I will be staying here next time we are in Moab.

Shabby in general. Dishwasher makes horrendous noise when opening of closing. Dishes old and stained or chipped

This property is located in a great locaton, just off main street and within walkkng distance of several restaurants and a grocery store. Plenty of parking, bike storage, well stock kitchen, spaious tokms and comforable beds. Easy communication with hosts, including follow up after we arrived to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!!!

Place was great. Photos of second room and description don't line up. Photo shows queen bed, but listing had two twins. Room had two twins. Comfortable beds and couch. Great tv

The condo was very clean. We didn't cook but the kitchen had glasses, utensils and paper towels that were helpful to have. Directions and entry to the condo was easy.

This lovely Condo was located perfectly in downtown Moab. It was spacious and clean and had all the kitchen supplies I needed. We were traveling for 6 weeks and appreciated the washer and dryer. I cooked our meals and packed lunches for our hikes in and around Arches NP so can not talk much about restaurants. We did go to Milts, a classic hamburger and ice cream drive in. Great burgers. I highly recommend this lovely condo.

Great property, great location, super clean ... best Vrbo I've ever stayed in!

Our stay started off wonderful the place is super nice. Day two of our stay the toilet in the master bedroom became clogged. At that point I realized the toilet had been slow to flush that morning. I tried for 15 minutes to fix it with the plunger as to not have to contact the host. Unfortunately I was unable to fix it. The problem clearly had been from someone other than us flushing things they should not be flushing down the toilet. I contacted our host at 5:45 pm with no response two hours later I contacted them again. It took them 19 hours to respond and we had a two bathroom reservation with only one toilet. We were a party of mixed sexes on this trip and we needed two bathrooms for three grown adults.They only responded after I messaged them again at 12 pm the following day. They responded and said we didn't give them enough time to fix the problem. We left early for a river trip, but the host didn't know that we didn't stay til check out time at 10 am. They could have tried to have fixed the toilet that morning, but they didn't even bother getting in touch with us. The messaging was through VRBO messaging but the host asked for my cell phone number and email address before check in which I had of course given to them. They had multiple ways to contact me. I would be very skeptical to stay in this beautiful condo again.

Lovely place. Smelled a bit like curry from the Indogrill next door, but not in a bad way.

We loved the apartment! Roomy clean, beautifully decorated. Beds were super comfortable! It was a plus to have the washer and dryer! We were out in the hot dry sun all day and it was great to come home to a beautiful comfortable place! Perfectly located.

Amazing location in downtown Moab. Had everything we needed for a family of four plus within 5 minutes of arches national park! Couldn’t have asked for a better place with very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend this location!!!

It is a very nice upstairs apartment right off the Main Street close to grocery stores, restaurants and other amenities The pictures of the inside are very accurate. Very comfortable stay and clean i would stay again if in the area.

The property was easy to find, clean, had what we needed, and had good comms from hosts. Not in the best location and there was a little bit of noise from outside but it was priced well and we would return.

The location couldn't be better—just steps away from coffee roasters, great restaurants, bike rentals, and, of course, the stunning Arches National Park. The condo itself offers breathtaking views that we couldn't get enough of. It’s warm, cozy, and inviting, making us feel right at home. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was thoughtfully provided. The space was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. We can't wait to return and enjoy this perfect Moab getaway again!

This listing was as discribed online. I usually camp while I am in Moab and I was happy to have this location since this trip was focused on visitng the National Parks. The locaton to Moab is great and we found it to be spacious for the 3 of us. I would stay here again in the future.

I traveled to Moab with my son and bestie. La Dolce Vita villa did not disappoint! We stayed in condo #3 which was squeaky clean and comfortable. We didn’t do any eating in or cooking, but did notice the kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows in the closets if needed. The bathrooms had travel size basics and plenty of towels. Our hosts were easy to reach and communicate with, and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo is located at the south end of town. We could walk to the market and several restaurants, and the heart of Moab was a 2 minute drive. This is a perfect location and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend!

Very spacious clean unit! Right in the heart of Moab! Great access to everything walking distance to all of downtown! The host were excellent communicators. We had no problems and loved our stay!
