This place was awesome! Very nice stay. Would book again. Only complaint was there is no sound proofing from the upstairs and you can hear every step they take and noise. Also the washer was the loudest washer i have ever heard, i think something was wrong with it. But there was enough good to make up for the bad.

Perfect Moab Getaway – Great Stay and Incredible LocationWe had a fantastic stay at this VRBO while visiting Moab. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed after long days exploring the area, and it was a great place to relax in the evenings.The location was excellent — close to town but still quiet and peaceful. It made it really easy to get to amazing spots like Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. We loved being able to spend the day outdoors and then come back to a comfortable place to unwind.The host was also very responsive and helpful, which made the stay even better. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Moab!

The host was incredibly welcoming and communicative. Instructions for checking in and out we're very clear. The condo was so comfortable and perfect for our trip. Location is convenient, relaxing in the private hot tub was the perfect way to end the day.

Owner needs to get a better cleaning staff and be more aware of condition of the unit. Broken dryer. Not enough coffee cups and chipped Blood stain in comforter. Lights out in island. Dust balls everywhere. Master Shower drain slow to drain leaves soap scum and slippery. Questionable big stains on mattress king bed pad.

Everything was great. The house for the most part was clean but the washer and dryer needed to be cleaned…full of lint and dog hair. The toiletries in the main bath were used ( half full), otherwise it was nice.

This property was wonderful! Very spacious, easy check-in, and clean! We enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking and it was within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. We used the condo as home base for the Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse Point. This is the best condo we have ever used in all our travels!

Beautiful condo with a hot tub/grill and close to everything. Allowing our dogs to join us on this vacation was an added bonus. We would gladly stay here again.

The property was at least as good as advertised, if not better. Unassuming place until you get inside. Very clean and spacious. Good-sized kitchen, living area and bedrooms, killer primary bath, good location (with a great Indian restaurant a few feet away). Was exactly what we needed after staying in hotels the first few days of our trip.

It was a great experience staying at this property! Great location to everything in Moab and the place was very clean and beautiful! It would be a perfect place for a family to stay!

Our family of 4 used this as a base for our visit to Arches and Canyonlands. The property, location, and communication were all excellent. There was lots of room for luggage/bikes in the foyer, which was a big plus.

Comfortable 2 bedroom condo, bottom floor. Great proximity to town, restaurants and the park. Clean and very functionable. Appreciated the early check-in and communication.

Very accurate listing. Perfect place for a couple with kids. Short walk to a grocery store and a few restaurants, and short drive to downtown. Great setup - a modern apartment with everything you need and expect. During our stay the kitchen sink backed up and the host fixed it promptly. I would stay here again.

Truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful unit. Tons of space for everyone, great kitchen for cooking a couple of meals, easy check-in and great communication with host, and located just at the edge of downtown. Would not hesitate at all to stay here again when back in Moab.

The condo was amazing! We loved all of the amenities. The hot tub was an added bonus especially after hiking all day! The location was convenient; the host was very responsive. Overall a great experience!

The condo was beautiful and in a great location in Moab. The place was tidy and had all the amenities needed like pots, pans, coffee maker, etc. The hot tub was very private and easy to use. It was quiet, despite the loud music from the restaurant next door. We couldn't hear it at all from inside. The condo was located on the bottom floor and we could occasionally hear someone moving around upstairs, but could not hear conversations or anything. The large double headed shower In the master bathroom was lovely and the master bed was comfortable and Included a down feather mattress topper. Unfortunately, while the place was well picked up and tidy, it had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned. We paid an additional 100 to bring our dog with us, who doesn't shed, and there was dog hair all over the floors and rugs. I feel like if we are paying that much for a dog, we expect the place to at least be relatively free of dog hair, but the carpets appeared unvaccumed. The floors were swept but did not appear to be mopped as they were still grimy, leaving our socks black on the bottom within an hour of walking around on it and my toddlers hands and knees black as well. The cabinets also had food that had not been wiped out of them. There was also food splashes on the table as well. Overall, a lovely place but needs to be cleaned better, especially considering how much we paid for our dog to join, who doesn't actually require any additional cleaning.

By far the best place we have ever been!

We really enjoyed this place. Pets are not allowed in the national parks so we appreciated having a dog friendly place where our dog could stay for a short while while we were out for the day. The place was clean and had everything we could have wanted!

We love Moab and visit at least 3 times a year. Found this condo for our last visit. Beautiful space. Thank you!

My husband & I stayed here for 4 days. It is a Beautiful place, large spacious & has everything you need. We enjoyed the patio area and only thing I’d change is moving the hot tub a foot forwards so the cover goes completely behind it as it Partial obstructs the view. That’s minor, we would definitely go back again! Great place

The house was clean, well stocked and decorated nicely. Located close to town, restaurants with a grocery store about a block away. The hot tub was a nice amenity after a day of sightseeing and the owner was pleasant and quick to respond with any questions.

It was convenient to stay here after going to the Arches National Park.
