Luxury Downtown Ocean View Condo... Steps to the Sand!

Wonderful beach house half a block from the ocean. Property is clean, well stocked and in a great location. We enjoyed homemade cinnamon rolls in the morning from the local bakery, hanging at the beach all day and the best clam chowder from the Splash cafe for dinner at night. All within walking distance. Great place for a family vacation.

The rooftop table was the cherry on top of this amazing house. We walked to and from downtown Pismo. We had a day of wine tasting in Paso. The house was a perfect size for our party of 5. It was a quiet area with easy beach access. We all fell in love with this property. ❤️

Property was easy to check in to, was the perfect size for our group of friends. Property was clean and organized! Would absolutely recommend to anyone and will definitely return in the future!

Very clean and well maintained property, Well stocked with towels and extra beddings. It would be nice to have Air Conditioning especially during summers. People with disability or senior citizens will have problem with this property due to multiple stairs in the house to access the house and rooftop. Perfect house for family and friends get-away vacation.

PERCECTLY PERFECT. Will definitely stay again. The property management team was easy and friendly, and the home was a home. Loved the location, easy walking to everything.

Wonderful having 2 garage spaces with remote openers. Lots of steps, but the views and close proximity to beach and downtown made it so worth it. The 3rd floor living room/kitchen area with half bath was spacious for 4 adults and a 4 yo with very comfortable seating. The rental agency will hopefully update their guest book directory with instructions for TV operation and gas stove lighting. There was only 1 portable fan so we brought 4 which were necessary for a 90 degree Oct. day.! The middle bedroom mattress was ok for a 4 yo but uncomfortable for adults. Overall a great vacation and would rent again

We had such a great stay here! The view is amazing from the living room and from the roof. It was very clean and the only issue we had was the dishwasher being a little bit old and not fully cleaning the dishes. Would stay here again!

the location is outstanding, just a block from the beach and a block the other direction from the start of the main town area. it’s a corner location with fabulous high windows, lots of light. and lots of room. exceptional to have 2 enclosed garage parking places. the only thing i want to point out is from the property description we didn’t expect to climb a full set of spiral stairs before getting to the front door. this is a townhouse so we expected stairs inside and that was fine, but getting suitcases, groceries etc from the garage - just be aware you have that first outside staircase to deal,with.

This was a great beach house to stay in! Be aware that there are many stairs to climb. There were a few issues that I hope they resolve. DEFINITELY make sure to bring an Amazon Fire Stick/Apple TV/Smart TV adapter as the TV is a little older. I did mention a few more issues to Beach Bum Vacation Rentals, and I would expect them to resolve them with no problem at all!
