The kids’ bedroom has a third full bathroom just steps outside the door, giving every bedroom convenient access to its own dedicated bath.

Then there’s the balcony. One of the home’s most memorable spaces, the private screened balcony overlooks both the sparkling resort pool and peaceful lake. Many guests quickly make it their favorite spot—perfect for morning coffee, an afternoon break, or relaxing with a drink as the Florida sun begins to set.

Inside, the spacious living area was designed for gathering. An 85-inch Smart TV, custom fireplace feature wall, comfortable seating, and open connection to the dining area create an inviting setting for movie nights, conversation, or simply enjoying a quiet evening together.

The fully equipped kitchen makes everything from quick breakfasts before the parks to relaxed family dinners easy. And our signature RC Coffee Bar brings a little boutique-hotel experience home, giving coffee lovers their own special place to start the day.

For longer stays and busy family vacations, you’ll also have something increasingly hard to find in a resort condo: a full-size washer and dryer right inside the home.
