Luxury Condominium Next Door to the Ritz Carlton

What a wonderful haven in beautiful Amelia Island! The condo is lovely: spotless, well-equipped and offers a stunning view of the ocean. Access to the pristine beach is mere steps away. Pathway to the Ritz was an added bonus. Our host, Jan, was responsive and very welcoming. Highly recommended. We had a great experience!

We had a wonderful time! The unit was spotless and well appointed. Can’t say enough about the view, I watched the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony every morning! Thanks Jan for making us feel at home.

The property has great potential. I’m guessing it had just finished a busy summer season as we found it in need of repairs and a good cleaning. Broken shutters, broken door to the master bathroom, stained bathmats and bedding were all things we were not expecting based on the listing and the price. No one wants to begin their vacation taking photos to send to the owner so that they know you didn’t do the damage. The host was easy to reach and unaware of the condo’s problems.

We’ve stayed at this unit a number of times and it’s always a treat. There really isn’t a better location and being on the 5 th floor provides great views of sunrise and the beach. The property manager is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Another Beautiful stay at this condo. It is our favorite place! It has become our second home. The unit has everything you can need or want and the absolute best view. The owner, Jan, is amazing and always communicates with us when needed.

Absolutely Perfect Beachfront Getaway!We had the most amazing stay at this beachfront condo! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views and how clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated the space was. The condo had everything we needed — a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, fast Wi-Fi, and even beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards! The best part was being just steps away from the sand. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony each morning. Sunsets were magical, and the location made it easy to explore local restaurants and shops.The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — we’re already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend this little slice of paradise!

Great stay with a beautiful view of the ocean. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the amount of construction going on around the buildings and one pool was closed off.

I think this is our third visit to this property. Feels like home with a great view of the ocean. Quaint shops nearby with wonderful restaurants. Enjoyable vacation even tho interrupted by Hurricane Helene. Still never felt unsafe (building is well built with very sturdy hurricane doors/windows). The host is very responsive on times we had questions. Very enjoyable trip.

This unit was more than I had expected. It was very clean and cozy. There was plenty of room for 3 grown ladies to spend the week without feeling crowded. The balcony was our favorite place when we were not at the beach. The beach was easily accessible. The kitchen was stocked with more dishes, pots and pans than any other VRBO I have ever stayed in before. I would definitely think of staying here age.

The condo was beautiful & everything & more than we could have dreamed of, with a spectacular view. Couldn’t have asked for it to be more perfect for our vacation. We will be returning next year for sure. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect place should definitely stay here.

Absolutely fantastic property! The condo was immaculately maintained and extremely comfortable. When we initially walked in, it felt like home. The easy access to the beach and incredible sunrises from the balcony made our stay unforgettable. We look forward to coming back next year.

This unit is a one of a kind. It is updated, clean, and well cared for. We had excellent communication with the owner throughout the entire booking process all the way until checkout. Quiet beach location, not over crowded like some beaches, which is perfect for nice getaway. Great location to grocery, shopping, and local eats! This place checked all of our boxes so we will definitely be staying again!

Stayed here with family for a lovely beach week. Property was super clean and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need for the beach. We had a few questions, which Jan answered promptly. 10/10!!!

We’ve stayed at this condo before gorgeous ocean view no obstacles spent everyday walking and enjoying beach late afternoon pool. Grocery store close by eat dinner out. I love Amelia Island
