LUXURY CONDO WITH OCEAN VIEW 2BR/2BA

What a perfect place to stay during our convention at the Long Beach Convention Center! We couldn’t have had a shorter walk to the venue. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and it was great having a kitchen and a view of the harbor. Ken made the check in easy — he met us when we got there. It was nice having our own parking space under the building. I’d stay here again for sure!

Ken was helpful and very accommodating in getting us settled at the condo. We enjoyed the convenience of the location, and the garage parking.

Not very clean .ceiling fans very dusty under couches gross. Toilet leaked in main bathroom . Batteries dead in tv remote,paint peeling.

The host was wonderful. Meeting me. Showing me the parking for our 2 vehicles. Also showing me the condo. Explaining the thermostat, etc.

Ken is great and made check in easy. Underground parking was helpful. The gym and pool are a bit outdated but worked. Safe and secure building. Great location to downtown and the bike path on the beach. We would stay there again.

Nice apartment overlooking the Long Beach Arena Parking Lot, and further out the Marina and Bay. Clean and tidy, nice basic furnishings, everything in working order, good building security, near to endless selection of restaurants and a 5-min walk to the LBCC. Would return!

Clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay. Easy walking distance to the beach and the convention center.

Easy check in. Clean, spacious, nicely decorated, well located and super comfortable. All essentials are covered from silverware, cooking, coffee maker, toester,etc. What I loved the most was the jacuzzi at night and tea selection left by the host very much appreciated by this tea lover. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location, near a lot of unigue and delicious restuarants. Easy for Ubers to find and near a variety of different attractions and views. Balcony was a nice addition. Host was very responsive and check in and check out process was very easy and efficient. We will definitely return!

We stayed here for the weekend for a convention and it was a great walking distance! The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows!

Just okay, the condo was spacious and we liked it had 2 bedrooms and baths. It had comfortable beds. That’s all the good. BUT, it needs a paint job, walls are peeling and dirty. Sink and shower in master bath don’t drain, needs to be unclogged. Removed the plug from bath and hair was all under it. Gross. The condo has a smell. Was reminded of it every time we walked in. Bought an air freshener but that didn’t help. We stayed for a week so it was annoying. AND no pool or hot tub available in the building. This was part of the reason for staying here. We asked Ken about it when he met us to give us the keys and he said he thought he got a notice it was closed. Sure enough, there was tape all around it with sign saying closed until further notice. We texted and messaged in VRbo asking him if it would be available or to give us partial refund. He got back to us 3 days later telling us we could walk over to the next door building and ask the front desk to let us in to their pool. The residents from that building said that pool and hot tub next door have been on and off since October. So he gave us no notice about it being closed and it is advertised in the ad for booking. So if these things are important to you, BEWARE. We would have not stayed here if these things were in reviews.

This is a great spot to stay - just outside the hustle and bustle of big city life but easy access to it if you want. Very spacious condo, so your family won’t feel like they’re packed in sardines. Walking distance to restaurants and the aquarium/marina. Ken (property owner) is very kind and what’s to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Great property closely located near the Long Beach Convention Center for our event. Would stay here again if ever back to this area. Overall good experience.

Great location in walking distance to so many attractions.

Our family was in Long Beach for a wedding and this was a great place to stay. It was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Nice view of the water, too! Ken was very helpful as well.

This was a great place to stay, friendly host. We came early to Long Beach before our cruise.

We enjoyed staying at this deluxe condo while attending a conference at the nearby Convention Center. We were able to easily get to the conference and explore the surrounding attractions, including the Aquarium, Pike’s Outlets, Bubba Gumps, a whale watching cruise, and more. It was a great experience and so much nicer than a hotel. Highly recommend.

This unit was perfect for the convention we were attending. Here are a few things that made our trip with kids easier: -Travel Crib -Wooden baby stacking ring toy -Extra towels, sand toys, beach chairs -In-fridge ice dispenser This is a corner unit, so opening both sliding doors creates an amazing cross breeze. I only wish that our conference schedule would’ve allowed us more leasure time to enjoy the surrounding area.

Communication with Ken from the start was really good. Check in is a little more then others but we loved it. Ken meets you to show you the parking spot and location of the unit and how to use the keyfobs. The location of this unit is perfect for walking downtown. Views of the ocean from the livingroom and kitchen are great. Our whole group enjoyed the stay and will book again in the future.

A wonderful property - perfect for a small group of coworkers attending a convention center conference - and I am so grateful for all the advance communication (lots of questions answered) by the host. Thank you!

Overall very nice. We never could get the television in the second bedroom to come on. Could have used more wash cloths. There were only two and there was four of us.
