Stayed Oct 9, 2025Great property & location. Only drawback was the 3 am street cleaning every night of our stay. It started with an hour of leaf blowers followed by 30 minutes of street sweepers that liked to back up & sound a beeping warning. If that was only a temporary thing due to nearby construction or because it was a game weekend, then I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Sep 12, 2025LOCATION!! A perfect location just off the square! The condo was nicely furnished and comfortable. Owner was flexible and responsive. We definitely enjoyed staying here and will look to stay here again!

Stayed Oct 26, 2023The coffee maker does not have a lid so you had to wedge a spoon to get the coffee to drip. Need more towels and blankets on the beds. More coffee cups please! Love The location and the building! Overall was great

Stayed May 11, 2023Amazing place to stay. Parking garage provided so no issues with parking around Square. Access easy. Clean and spacious. I would highly recommend staying here anytime! Perfect for a game weekend/graduation/double decker.

Stayed Mar 24, 2023My wife and I stayed here for a business meeting, to check on some property. and attend a Rebel baseball game. High Cotton is easy to find, get in to and park in the underground garage. This unit is very nice and apparently lightly used. Everything works and Ann was in touch but not overwhelming. I'd definitely stay here again.
