Stayed Nov 19, 2017We contacted Shaun on somewhat short notice to stay in his BEAUTIFUL & COMFORTABLE condo! From our very first contact, Shaun was kind & EXTREMELY accommodating to us! We have been here one month & it has truly been one of our best vacations we have ever experienced & WE TRAVEL A LOT! His condo has everything & then some which made it feel like a home not a rental! Shaun was ALWAYS readily available & quite helpful w/all of our questions! HE'S VERY GOOD WITH & TO HIS RENTERS! IN FACT, HE'S ONE OF THE VERY BEST PEOPLE WE HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH! WE WILL REBOOK W/SHAUN IN OUR NEAR FUTURE! I can say this with total conviction~ WE DO NOT WANT TO LEAVE! A MONTH HERE IN HIS CONDO WAS TOO SHORT! The property was clean, well stocked, quiet, comfortable & so pretty! We wanted for absolutely nothing! That's QUITE a statement in this day & age! Stayed Dec 31, 1969Clean, easy, comfortable and so much to do! Naples is wonderful, great restaurants and safe. Beautiful beaches nearby. Heritage Bay is beautiful. If you like to play golf, play tennis and swim, you will love it! Owners are very easy to work with. Highly recommend!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We recently rented this unit for a family get away. The condo itself, along with the grounds at Heritage Bay, were immaculate. The unit was spotless and decorated very nice. One of the many smaller pools is just outside the door or you can head down to the main clubhouse pool and spa. Beautiful view of the sunrise when drinking your morning coffee. Owners were great to work with, very quick responses and helpful. I would definitely recommend this rental!
