Luxury condo just feet from water, spectacular views and private dock.

As in the past years, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location, views, layout and cleanliness are top notch. Definitely one of our favorite vacation rentals. Thank you Susan and Steve!

We decided to spend a couple of nights in Kennebunk on our way back from Bar Harbor/Acadia. This unit is the top floor of a single condo building. The decor is very tasteful and comfortable. They pay attention to the details. I appreciate the multiple pillows on the bed so we can get the exact comfort level we need and the extra blankets if needed. The sunroom and large picture window in the living room provide a spectabular view of Main Street in Kennebunk. Everything is within walking distance which is a huge plus when the city fills up and parking can be a challenge. The town is adorable and well worth a stop. Staying at 15 Christensen is highly recommended. One note - as mentioned this unit is on the top floor which means lots of stairs. This was not clear in the description. However, there is an elevator available to the unit, which was also not listed in the description. We spoke with Steve, the owner about it once settled. He was happy to accomodate us with elevator instructions as one in our party has some difficulty walkiing. We decided not to bother as we were only there two nights and he could manage fine. It did not reduce our enjoyment of our stay by one bit. Everything was delightful as was our host, Steven.

Our late summer stay in Kennebunk was wonderful. The condo had everything we needed for ourselves and our guests. We especially enjoyed sitting on the back deck to enjoy the river, view of Kennebunkport, occasional music from Hurricane restaurant, gentle breezes, and the mesmerizing wind sculpture. The elevator was great for transporting luggage and groceries up three flights of stairs. Another big plus was the condo is air-conditioned, which made our stay very comfortable during an unusual heat spell. Steve was very responsive to our questions- before and during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

This rental was everything the pictures displayed. We thoroughly enjoyed quiet morning coffee with a choice of either looking at the birds up the river at low tide or looking at the port waking-up with people and deliveries. The property is conveniently located walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Communication with the owners was simple and they were most cooperative during the COVID rescheduling period. The resident neighbors were very pleasant and most helpful. 3 adults stayed at the property but plenty of room for my mother and sister to visit with us. Kitchen was well stocked for any cooking needs. Highly recommend.

Steve's condo was the perfect place to stay on our first visit to the Kennebunkport area. The location is amazing -- convenient to everything and alleviates any need to deal with parking hassles in the bustling downtown area. The condo is bright, airy, spacious and well appointed, with a stunning sun room and several outdoor deck spaces with wonderful views. We loved every minute and can't wait to return.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this waterfront property. We loved the numerous decks with water views and the large combined kitchen/dining/family room was great for family gatherings. The location was also excellent - an easy walk into town for many activities. In addition, communication with the host was very easy, and we really appreciated having access to a beach parking pass. Thoroughly enjoyed the sun porch and the restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful views and quiet setting. Just lovely.

We can't say enough wonderful things about this property. The location is perfect. Very short walk to restaurants, shops. Easy 5 minute drive to Gooche's beach and Snug Harbor Nursery. Steve and Susan have exquisite taste in decorating and appointing their gorgeous property. Everywhere you look there is an adorable New England themed novelty. 3 decks to enjoy the sunshine and water. Sun porch is spectacular. Kitchen is exceptionally stocked with every pot/pan appliance you could need. Very helpful and kind hosts. We've been coming to Kennebunkport for years and this was one of our best trips. Being able to walk everywhere without parking worries. Of course the property was so gorgeous, it was difficult to motivate ourselves to leave.

This property is ideally located in the center of town, spotless, and extremely comfortable for a family. The host was wonderfully considerate as well. I would highly recommend!
