Luxury Condo Hotel Suite on the Beach

The positives: Close to beach - 2 minute walk The interior of the apartment was new Beach chairs and umbrellas included Short walk to downtown restaurants and bars The negatives: The room had zero view. It was a roof of an adjacent house, no Gulf views at all. The room was right above the gym, so very loud No on-site eating options, just coffee and tea Staff did not want to accomodate a room change

The hotel was immaculate! It's only a few years old and it's just beautiful. The suite was spacious and very clean. If I had to give it any feedback, I would just say that the second bedroom could have used a double or queen bed, instead of a single. Otherwise we had the best experience and will definitely be back!

Property was great. Room was clean, huge and pleasant. Second room was a little too small but easily tolerable. 3 minute walk to the beach. Property had lawn chairs and umbrellas, you just had to sign out. It was a great time. Central air, washer and dryer and full kitchen. Would go again definitely.

Everything was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We loved the bar and pool area. We will definitely book here again.

Very nice and helpful

This is a MUST stay for families of smaller children!!! It's right on the popular strip but at the north end, so a perfect combination of easy access to restaurants and shopping, but not too busy or loud. It's right on the water, so a short walk from the condo to the beach - which is perfect for parents hauling ALL the beach toys, etc. Loved that I didn't have to bring beach towels or chairs (that take up so much space in the luggage) because those were provided by the condo. BONUS: there was a playground across the street for the kids! The staff are wonderful and welcoming. The check-in process was seamless! The condo had everything we needed. The pool was a bit smaller than expected, but there's a city pool 1 block down the street. On-site parking was key and well-worth the extra fee. Hands-down would stay here again and will recommend!!!

Very clean, easy check in and very accommodating staff, just steps from the prettiest beach in the area.

The property was clean, and the location was good, the couch was a little uncomfortable, but overall I would stay there again.

Cheyenne Jasmine and Ernesto were extremely accommodating. The facilities were clean, inviting and access to the beach and the Strip were perfect.

Right on the beach as advertised, and the amenities are top notch. “Sleeps 5” was only true if pulling out the sofa bed into the living room counts.The young lady from Ecuador at the front desk was absolutely amazing, other older staff not so much. We would return to this property but not with more than a party of 3

I wish I had realized our balcony did not have a beach view when I booked. But other than that, great stay

The Avalon Club is a beautiful property located steps from the beach. The staff was great and friendly. We will be back.

Very clean property! A beautiful beach sits adjacent! Only a few minutes walk from several bars, restaurants, and shopping destinations!

We have stayed at the Avalon Club Hotel before and chose to stay there again! It is always impeccably clean, right on the beach and the staff is incredible. Our smoke detector started chirping low battery and the front desk sent someone immediately to change the battery. I know we will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Room was as expected, and staff were very nice.

Great vacation on the beach! Within walking distance to everything or a Trolley if you prefer. Very clean and friendly staff!

Location is A plus. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Unit was clean. Unit is sparsely furnished (could use a new love seat), but had everything we needed and having a washer and dryer was great. The only thing you absolutely need to be aware of is how thin the walls between units are. We could hear EVERYTHING, and I mean everything, going on in the unit next to us which became quite uncomfortable as well as disruptive

Beautiful 2 bedroom room in the beach and near the Clearwater strip. Staff very friendly and always helpful.

The condo was beautiful and well kept. The staff were friendly and accommodating. This will be my go-to place when I visit Clearwater Beach.

The Avalon has it all. The perfect place. It’s has all the amenities of a luxury condo with the services of a beach front hotel.

Very clean spacious condo in a great location. Bar tender on pool deck was very nice. Pool heated and great to have on colder days. Convenient to have request your room cleaned like a hotel!

The is was the perfect set up for our family.

My family and I spent 3 nights at this location, and there was a major flaw that terribly affected my stay from the first night. A loud and strong sound coming from behind the bedroom walls. I thought it was the sound of the air conditioner or the sound of the washing machine. It turned out in the end that it was the motors of the swimming pool on the fifth floor. This made sleeping very difficult, even impossible, in the entire building. I asked the hotel workers, including the manager, to settle the matter by transferring me to Another room to no avail, under the pretext that the hotel was full and that the reservation was through one of the agencies and not directly. They gave me the choice between accepting or evacuating without returning what I paid, and after receiving a response, I agreed to stay on the condition that they would try to reduce the sound by stopping the fan motor. It turned out to be just a joke on the part of the manager. It was enough to make me live three nights in unbearable hell

The property is perfect for 4 of us and we have friends in town came to hang out with us. The place is big, it feels like home. The staffs were very friendly. I like clean towels everyday. All I had to do is put it in the green bin n leave it on the front door, they replace the new one right away. I will come back here again. Its worth of every pennies I spent on this property.
