Luxury Condo- Contemporary Oceanfront-Complete Remodel Keyless Checkin-RR Host

Property was very nice, great location, and very clean. The view of the sunrising was amazing in the mornings! Beds were a bit uncomfortable and could use an extra foam cushion. Other than that, would highly recommend this property. Will definitely be back!

The property was exactly as described and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, absolutely nothing detrimental to say.

When opening the door, which I love the keyless entry-no keys or cards to keep track off, the view is breathtaking. Decor is updated and upscale not beach tacky. Not only looks clean but feels clean. Very well stocked kitchen-need only bring food/drink. My kind of getaway. Instant relaxation and can’t wait to return. Thank you!

The unit was exactly as described. We found the unit to be very clean and we'll thought out design and comfort. Everything was provided in the unit for a long weekend or extended stay. The location is perfect walking distance to shops and restaurants and has a beautiful unobstructed oceanfront view. Extremely well maintained and great communication with the host.

The property has everything you’ll need and is close enough to walk to any other entertainment you seek. It was very cozy and the keyless entry (checkin / checkout) was amazing and so easy breezy! Highly recommended and we plan to visit this location again sometime in the future!

Well appointed condo with a spacious balcony and a beautiful view! Easy walk to the boardwalk, and a well equipped kitchen to cook meals in. The furniture is also very comfortable. Would recommend to others. Thank you!

We have stayed in a lot of beach condos in the past and I can honestly say this was the nicest one we've stayed in!!!! When we come back to Carolina Beach we will definitely be back!!!!

He had a great stay in this very clean ocean front condo. The view was amazing and the owner is easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. We had everything we needed for our family of three. Plenty of extra space. The beach chairs were a nice plus to hang out on the beach. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Finding the correct door to first enter from was confusing but Rick walked me thru it asap! He's very responsive.

The rental was very conveniently located. The unit was well kept. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great weekend stay with our kids.

Upon entering the home, you instantly breath a sigh of relief; as it delivers as advertised. Nice furnishings, clean kitchen, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds, stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, all the little things that make it special. Plus the location is steps away from beach access, and has great ocean views.

Wonderful Oceanfront Stay!

The condo was in a nice location, far enough from the boardwalk to be quiet but still close to everything. The views from the balcony were wonderful and the condo was very clean.

We had a great time and the property was everything we wanted.

The place is exactly as shown. Very clean and updated inside. Very nice unit. Easy access to the beach and it is not crowded at all. No complaints at all with the unit itself. The stairway to the unit had a mildew smell and the banister was sticky. We had an issue with the Direct TV but fixed it. The owner was responsive.

Our family had a perfect, relaxing long weekend at this property! The property was very clean and the oceanfront balcony/location was top notch. We also appreciated the host communication and provided information on the property (parking/check-in, etc.) after booking. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice stay at this property right on the ocean @ Carolina Beach. Condo was clean and well-furnished. From early morning on the deck with a cup of coffee watching the sunrise over the ocean, to evenings on the deck with a glass of wine - couldn’t ask for more.

The apartment was just as listed. No surprises (of the negative kind!) I was surprised by the comfy bed and soft sheets. I was surprised by the setup of the kitchen; my typical experience with the pots, pans, silverware and etcetera in a rental is that they are fairly cheap and not in good repair. Here, everything was as nice as I would have had it in my own weekender. The cutlery was excellent, sharp, and a pleasure to cook with! The blender was also nice and made some excellent margaritas. As noted in other’s reviews, I was able to watch dolphins from the deck. - just so special for me coming from snowy, in-land Vermont! I think we were the only renters in the whole building, so it was super quiet. I worked most days and the wifi was excellent. I stayed in the back room and did get woken up a couple of times by late-night revellers, but not much can be done about that - it is a beach house, after all!! The location was great, a short drive to anything we needed, and the beach was right there! We did some excursions to Surf City and Topsail (pronounced Top-sull, for the uninitiated), and found many shark teeth fossils, and visited Wilmington, Fort Fisher, and Bald Head Island. A highlight was Flaming Amy’s Burrito Bar in Wilmington- definitely worth the stop. Rick was very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely return to this property, and would rent from Rick again..

The property was better than I expected. You cannot always trust pictures from websites ,but they were spot on. The attention to detail and the highend quality of the furnishings were seen and experienced throughout the unit. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend to others

This is our second time staying in Rick’s condo. It’s so clean and it has everything you need along with a beautiful view from the balcony. Highly recommend.

Right on the beach with easy access. Owner was great, i have stayed in alot of VRBOs and never had the response like this. Had 2 questions submitted online and got back to me in 2 minutes. Then need a kitchen tool and was there in 30 min, really nice.

My family and I enjoyed this property. It’s location is great with wonderful views from the balcony. Staying in a condo reminded me why I am thankful that I do not live in an apartment. The occupants above us were very heavy footed and seemed to be running back and forth. The condo itself is great but unfortunately others are not considerate most of the time. Overall, a good place but I will think long and hard before I book another condo with floors above.

Clean, updated, & convenient!

My wife and I had a great time in Carolina Beach made even better by our stay in this perfect condo! The owner Rick was a pleasure to interact with and he only added to our excellent experience. The place is as advertised, very clean, and with upgrades throughout. The beds were very comfortable and all the appliances are top notch! The view is unbeatable and the location is perfect! We spent our last night out on the balcony watching the free fireworks display! We hope to be back soon!

Condo was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Beach views from the balcony were awesome from sunrise to sunset. We had a very enjoyable two weeks with zero complaints!
