Great place for families. Shopping center across the street for groceries, retail and shave ice! Yum. The condos are centrally located on the island for getting to one side or the other. Totally recommend. Mahalo

Really well placed property, about 45mins to Hanalei and an hour to Waimea. Good facilities nearby - Safeway, good options for food etc. Worth noting that the property we rented didn’t have beach views (this was disclosed so no issue) so if you want beach views pay the extra for a property that has them. Huge pool, comfortable accommodation and good comms regarding access etc.

Easily the best rental property I have ever stayed at. The location was perfect for exploring Kauai. Lots of good food options close by. The condo was so nice we could have just stayed in each day!

The space was perfect for my husband, me and our two teenage boys, who loved having their own full size beds. The kitchen had modern appliances. The rooms had good dresser and closet space. The air conditioning worked well. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We didn’t realize until the end of our trip that there were many items available to us in the bedroom closets for use- transportable coolers, snorkeling gear. Only suggestion would be to offer more hand towels and washcloths in the unit. Otherwise things were stocked as expected, including dishwashing soap and even laundry detergent pods. Overall, a very nice stay. Thank you!

We had one of our favorite vacations here! Walking distance to a kid-friendly beach, grocery store, restaurants and a fun pool with a water slide.

We had an amazing visit! Place was clean and well kept and had everything that we needed. Was the best stocked kitchen that we have stayed in with every utensil/pan that we could have needed and we are foodies. Had thoughtful other items stocked, like beach, chairs, and coolers for heading out. We will definitely stay here again! Entire family was very happy!

The condo was clean and well appointed. There were plenty of coolers and beach goodies to enjoy your time on the island. The property was beautiful, quiet and clean with a fantastic restaurant right on the beach. Will definitely be going back!

Condo looked just like advertised. Great location. Resort was beautiful! Beach was very nice and we were so happy to see the seals. It was the best view I've ever had while grilling. Jodi was very responsive when we requested to add an extra day. Would definitely stay again!

A wonderful stay! The condo is spacious (nearly 1200 square feet) with two bedrooms separated by the living room. The second bedroom has a huge bath, and the master bedroom has an even larger bath that can be divided into two bathrooms with separate entries. The kitchen is large with a SubZero built in refrigerator and other high-end appliances. High quality dinnerware for six, abundant glassware and plenty of high quality pots and kitchen utensils are provided. There is a table for four in the living room, and another on the patio as well as seating for three at the kitchen counter.This third floor condo was silent at night. The beds were comfortable. Sleep quality was excellent.This unit is close to the ocean but has a garden view; however, it seemed to be priced substantially less than similar units with an ocean view. Were we to return to Kaua’i, I’d surely consider staying here again.

Perfect location! Such a wonderful, spacious, and comfortable place. Perfect room for four people or even more. Very easy access to different areas of the island. Loved it!

Place had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Host was very responsive.

We stayed here as a family of five, including 3 kids. We loved having two bedrooms as well as two full bathrooms and even a third toilet! It was great being able to make our kids a quick breakfast each morning, which saved time and money. The pool is very nice and has three different hot tubs, 2 being adult-only, and one kid-friendly with a lower temperature. My daughter loved the two water slides. We also loved the proximity to the beach. Our last morning there, we walked out to enjoy the waves one last time and saw whales breech 4 times. The on-site restaurant was also really tasty. We enjoyed the convenience of Safeway and other stores being directly across the street. Thanks for a great stay.

The location, host, the general area, beach on property - everything was 5 star. Jodi is an amazing host. The unit has everything for a family of 4. We are definetly coming back!

Excellent building location close to everything but quiet as promised. A very nice unit with an extensive information binder that my parents staying in a different unit envied! The resort amenities are great with amazing massage and nice restaurant on site along with featured pools and hot tub.

The room was beautiful, and it was stocked with everything we could have needed for our stay. The pool was perfect for constant entertainment for the kids and the beach was steps away for the perfect Hawaiian experience. Groceries, shave ice, and souvenirs were directly across the street and there were plenty of options for restaurants within walking distance. Our host responded quickly to all of our questions. Can’t wait to come back.

Condo was clean, Jodi responded quickly and pleasantly to any and all questions I had. The kids loved the pool and beach. the location was perfect and central to go venture and see everything we wanted to see!!

The pool was a highlight and the grounds are beautifully kept. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in and better stocked than many condos we have stayed in. For example, they had metal grill utensils, an oven thermometer, margarita glasses, and a rice cooker. It was spacious and a comfortable place to relax in. We didn't hear neighbors during our stay. Communication was good. The only down side was that the WiFi isn't the strongest, and the password in the binder needs to be updated. We were able to figure it out. We would book this unit again.

This was our first time visiting Kauai, and we loved the location of Waipouli Beach Resort. The pool was a lot of fun, and while we couldn’t swim in the ocean right out front, we enjoyed exploring the coral and shells that washed ashore. We had a small issue with the air conditioning, but Jodi took care of it immediately, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’d definitely consider returning!

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about the unit, the owner, the resort and the island-10/10!The unit was well located, steps away from the pool and the sand. It had everything we needed including some essential beach items for us to take on our daily outings.The location on the island gave us a great jumping off point to explore the whole island; easy drives north, south, and west. We also loved getting to explore Kapa’a including some top notch food/food trucks and excellent beaches. We would highly recommend this place for anyone. Mahalo for sharing your unit and island with us!

This is a large, well-furnished and maintained unit we enjoyed very much on our 5th trip to Kauai. The location, a bit south of Old Town Kapaa, is excellent - no where one wants to go on the island is a very long drive - and Safeway, Starbucks, and other stores are immediately across the street. It is in a resort, with a daily resort fee added, but the resort facilities were nice - large pool and lodging area, family and adult spas, private beach. Gripe - listing says garden view (important to us), but not really the case - more a parking area through a couple of trees.

Our unit was very clean and had updated furniture. The location was in between several good beach spots including Poipu and Hanalei. Lydgate was right next door. We’ll stay here again. Thank you!

The pictures actually do not do the condo justice. Very roomy. Nice dark wood doors and trims. Comfy beds. Three bathrooms are very convenient. Good water pressure. Great communication from Jodi on check-in process. Right by the beautiful private beach -- no crowds. Felt like the beach was entirely ours in Kauai!

We loved the pool, hottubs, watching the sunrise on the beach daily and the beach supplies in the room. This is a great location, the condo was well stocked and clean. No complaints!

Location was amazing. The kids had a blast in the pool, and the Safeway across the street made meals easy. Jodi was great to work with, she was always very prompt in replying. Would definitely stay again!
