Stayed Jan 20, 2026Excellent host and property! Philip stayed in touch during our trip to make sure everything was good. Conveniently located near the BART station for easy commute to SF or either airport (Oakland & SF). The neighborhood was quiet and the house is gorgeous on the inside and packed with all kinds of necessities for travelers. The only trouble we had was getting the keys out of the locked box, but that was more of an “us” issue than anything, but host was VERY quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again, thank you Philip!

Stayed Nov 25, 2025We had an amazing time staying in this sweet house! We had the pleasure of meeting Phillip who was so attentive and kind. The house fit our family perfectly and being across from Bart made it so easy for the Kids/20 year olds to go into SF and get around w/o us having to drive them everywhere or pay for rides. The location was great as we had family in Berkeley, Alameda, Walnut Creek and San Leandro - everything felt like it was only 15 minutes away. Would definitely recomend and come back!
