Luxury Beachfront Penthouse, 53' Beachfront Balcony, 3 bdrm, 2400 sf , 4th floor

We had a wonderful stay at this condo and would absolutely come back again. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable right away. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made meals easy, and the beds were very comfortable.The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. We especially loved spending time on the balcony and enjoying the view. It was the perfect place to unwind.Traveling with young kids can sometimes be stressful, but this condo made it so much easier. There was plenty of space, and it felt safe and family-friendly.The host was excellent—very responsive, helpful, and made check-in and check-out seamless.Overall, this was a perfect vacation spot, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay.

This was the best vacation rental we have ever had. The layout of the condo was perfect. The large balcony allowed us to watch the most beautiful sunsets and also made it so easy to get to the beach. The condo had beach supplies for use, including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels which was so appreciated. The kitchen is fully stocked in terms of dishes, cooking pans, utensils, serving dishing. There wasn’t one item that wasn’t available to use. The highlight was the icemaker which made filling the cooler for the beach ideal. I highly recommend this rental. Can’t wait to visit again.

The Penthouse was perfect - right on the beautiful beach, but on a stretch that wasn't super crowded. Short walk to lots of restaurants/shopping. Spacious living room with a large TV, well-stocked kitchen, and a fantastic balcony overlooking the ocean. Parking was easy, and it was nice having the elevator to get up to the unit after a long day. For those looking to golf, Clearwater Country Club is a solid option only 10-15 minutes away. Also, although we didn't use them, there are tennis/pickleball courts within walking distance. It's the nicest rental unit our family has ever stayed in - can't recommend it enough.

We had such a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The apartment is not only beautiful and cozy but also incredibly well equipped – honestly the best-equipped place we’ve ever stayed in. There was everything we could possibly think of (and more!) – from plenty of dishes, glasses, and cutlery to little things like baking paper, spices, and even ziplock bags. You can really tell that the hosts put a lot of thought and care into making sure guests have everything they need.The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning. We loved starting our mornings with a coffee out on the balcony just taking it all in. Communication with Suzan was excellent: she was super friendly, quick to respond, and always happy to help with any question or request.Even the other people in the building complex were super nice and helpful, which made the whole stay feel extra warm and welcoming.All in all, it was a perfect experience, and we can’t wait to come back someday. Highly recommended!

10 out of 10. View was the best I’ve ever had in Florida. Big deck. Swimming in the ocean was fantastic. They have all beach stuff and kitchen and bathroom items you could ever need. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Beautiful. Clean.

Suzan's condo was phenomenal. It was spotless and even brighter and better than pictured, and in the ideal location: easily walkable to everything in town, but just slightly north of all of the high rises (and the busyness that entails!). It was very well equipped with beach chairs and toys, and we especially appreciated all of the kid 'stuff' as we had our 1 and 3 year old with us. It was a wonderful set up for the little ones! We needed to communicate with Suzan a few times about some minor things and she was always exceptionally speedy to respond. We can't thank you enough. We had a fabulous stay!

We had a great stay, beautiful home stocked well, beautiful views, and wonderful location. Has an issue with the mini split ac and they were quick to respond and communicate with us.

So happy we decided to stay here, this place was so clean looked brand new and balcony so big and spacious, along with the condo. Close to town you can walk or rent and ride bikes. Anything amd everything you need is at this condo. I can not say enough times this place was so clean my wife who is a little bit of a clean freek was also very impressed.Overall i wish i could give 10 out of 5 stars as very very much a hidden gem. If your thinking about staying here please do so as you will be thrilled!!Can't wait until we are able to come back : )

Everything about the unit was above expectations. Perfect set up and everything we needed for a great week!

Condo was very spacious and super clean. Suzan was very quick to respond with the few questions we had during our stay, and I really appreciated the misc kitchen fixings that were provided (cooking spray, salt/pepper, sugar, etc). We spent the whole week on the huge deck watching the dolphins swim. We will definitely rent this place again.

This place is just amazing! Photos do not do it justice we absolutely were in love with the place the moment we walked in! Suzan and Valerie were the best. We are already looking at future dates to rebook. We can not wait to go back!
