Stayed Jan 24, 2026Very clean. Had everything we needed for the beach and could easily walk to the beach. Had a great time even though it was a cold week.

Stayed Jan 10, 2026Very good host; the welcome basket was a great touch. The condo was clean and had everything you needed. It’s very close to the beach. While this is no fault of the host whatsoever, the construction that surrounds the unit on all sides is wildly annoying. During the week, they’re in full force by 630am and it’s noisy, woke me up each day - if you want to sit on the balcony, it will completely interrupt your enjoyment. Tried to enjoy the rooftop pool and had to wear my headphones just so I could enjoy my time. It’s a shame because it is actually a VERY lovely place in an excellent location and you can tell these hosts care very much but that construction really is a bother.

Stayed Nov 25, 2025The condo is in a fantastic area and beautifully done with everything you could need for a great vacation. We rented a beach cart but otherwise had everything we needed. The owner was extremely responsive and so welcoming with a wonderful gift basket of goodies for our arrival/stay which was a wonderful surprise. Chris was extremely accommodating and responsive regarding an issue we had. I would certainly stay again.

Stayed Jun 24, 2023This first floor, one bedroom condo was in the perfect location. Besides having the necessary amenities for cooking and relaxing and it being spotless, (plus a lovely and thoughtful gift basket upon arrival), we also had a beautiful view of the bay from the lanai, walked to a gorgeous beach in five minutes, and drove to wonderful shopping and restaurants in Naples in under 15 minutes. This condo is in a super location!
