Luxury Bayside Condo in Heart of Dewey | Rooftop Pool | Spectacular views

Very nice stay in Dewey for St. Patty's Day/ opening weekend. Condo was excellent. Extremely clean and well appointed. Location is great and walkable to all the Dewey hot spots. Host was extremely helpful and responsive. Would absolutely stay again.

This rental is amazing! We stayed here for my son’s wedding and loved it. The place was clean, comfortable, quiet and easily accessible to everything! Just a fabulous weekend!!

Beautiful bayview property. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the spacious balcony, and watching the sunset over the bay in the evening. The hosts have thought of everything that would be needed for a comfortable stay, such as throw blankets and sound machines. The gas fireplace was a nice touch for cool mornings, and there are TVs in every bedroom. Decor was nice, and everything was clean and organized. Resort pool was nice and convenient. Restaurant/Bar right next door. Quick walk to beach. We wish we could've stayed longer!

This property was perfect for our extended family to vacation together: The well appointed condo was clean, well supplied with dishes, cookware and all linens and spacious enough for the 10 of us. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the Bay with the ocean also in sight. The location was great with just a short walk to the ocean side beach : lots of restaurants in walking distance and nightly music from the Rusty Rudder. We felt right at home and were very comfortable. The resort has a gorgeous outdoor pool and seating area on the rooftop, offering more incredible views. The owner was super to work with, very kind and responsive in her commutations. We had a fabulous week, thank you for sharing your beautiful condo!

The owner, Mary was one of the most accommodating people I’ve ever worked with. She treated us like friends, trying to help to make our vacation be the best ever. The condo is beautifully decorated with the most incredible location….looking left to the bay and right to the ocean. If you love live music, you can enjoy it right from your balcony. We loved it!

This condo was so spacious and well appointed! We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed! Mary was amazing to work with and so responsive. We were here just for the weekend of our nephews wedding so the location worked well for us. Having the Rusty Rudder right outside our balcony was great for my 20 something year old kids and so convenient but the music on the weekends doesn’t end until 1 am so it was a bit loud in the front rooms!! We would definitely stay here again but just something to be aware of! We loved the rooftop pool and amenities! The condo was immaculate and clearly well cared for!

We had an incredible time at the property. Dewey Beach has been our favorite place to vacation over the past 10 years and this property doesn’t disappoint. With choices between the bay, the beach or even the pool there is a close option for everyone during the day. At night, the Rusty Ruddy next door isn’t our favorite to go to but it was amazing sitting outside on the balcony listening to music each night. We never felt the music was too loud or intrusive. It is an easy walk to the starboard properties or the many Dewey Beach options that we love. Overall it was an amazing property and host. We will be back!

I just stayed here with my spouse, kids, and parents and we had a fabulous time. The condo had everything we needed and was clean, bright, and great for a family who wanted to hang out. We made good use of the large balcony and walked to the beach and often lunch or dinner. Drive to Rehoboth was less than 10 minutes if you want to hang out there too. We would absolutely stay here again.

Clean, beautifully decorated condo with great amenities. The sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous from the large deck. Grandkids enjoyed walking to Vanderwende’s for ice cream in the evening. There was an issue with the portable crib. A bar was broken on the bottom when we opened it. Fortunately, we had brought one ourselves for a baby and the two year old was able to sleep in the trundle bed. The Rusty Rudder restaurant next door had live music some nights, which made it difficult for young families trying to sleep. The host responded to our questions quickly and even allowed us to check in early. All around, we had a wonderful family vacation staying here!

Had the best stay here with my girlfriends! Such a convenient location and the condo was spacious, clean, and had all the ammenities we needed! Would 100% stay here again!

We stayed for the weekend for Dewey Goes Pink. This condo is gorgeous and perfectly located for all the fun activities Dewey Beach has to offer. We loved having coffee on the deck in the morning and wine there at night. Was roomy enough for 9 adults - plenty of seating to catch up and enjoy each others company. Mary was very helpful & quick to respond with our check-in - which was all on me. We would love to stay here again for next years Dewey Goes Pink! Thank you for a beautiful place to celebrate another year of being a survivor with all my special people.

From booking to check out, our host Mary was amazing! She responded quickly to any questions & was extremely accommodating. The view is top notch! You can see the bay & ocean from the deck. The condo is beautiful & decorated nicely. So close to restaurants, bars & shopping. We had a blast! Can’t wait to go back. Would highly recommend this condo.

We came to Dewey for a friend's birthday party and had a great time. The condo was in a great location, modern and updated, and provided us with all the amenities we needed for our short visit. The owner provided great check-in information and let us know ahead of time that the unit was ready. Overall great weekend in a nice condo!

My family of 4 stayed in Mary's unit and absolutely loved it! The condo was extremely comfortable with more than enough room for all of us. The oversized balcony was key as we enjoyed hanging out there, playing games and enjoying a cocktail. It was very well situated, near several restaurants and bars that were great. The Rusty Rudder is right across the street and an awesome place to enjoy live music. The Lighthouse is part of the property and had great food and drinks and also live music every night. The town was super cute too with little shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. We are big live music fans and were so pleasantly surprised to see that so many places had bands every night of the week! The trolly was right outside the condo which was super convenient for our teenagers to head over to Rohoboth and go to the boardwalk on their own. What was also great was that the water sports rental places were also literally right across the street so we had a blast renting jet skis and parasailing. Everything was so convenient and easy which was so nice. The condo being Bayfront was a dream...didn't have to deal with the beach crowds plus the water was so nice and warm and calm. The kids had a blast in the water throwing the ball around. All around 10/10. We are so excited to come back again next year!

Great location, the place was beautiful, Marie was great to work with, she got back to us right away when we had any questions, she made it so easy for our arrival and stay was enjoyable, we hope to work with Marie again in the near future. Thank you for everything!
