Luxury Bayfront Penthouse Condo 1 block from the beach. Overlooking rooftop pool

The condo was clean and spacious. The location was excellent- access to the bay and 2 blocks from the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and shops . Overall great experience!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay in early April with our two small dogs. The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfect for us. It was our first time visiting Delaware and we really enjoyed exploring the local area.

Perfect space and location! Located on the sound/bay side but still a small beach area available, with just directly across the street is the larger beach ocean. We didn't move our car the entire stay because everything is walkable; will definitely look to rebook next year!

Location was great since my daughter got married at the hotel. Place was not as clean as I thought it would be and that took away from the luxury stay that I was hoping for. I hope that they wash the sofa cover because it was very disgusting. It's a shame.

Condo was clean and in great condition. We had a nice, relaxing stay. Duane was a great host, very responsive and helpful.

We stayed at this property for a girls trip and had such a great experience! The owners were incredibly communicative and responsive, which made everything smooth from the start. Check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow.The house looked exactly like the photos—beautiful, clean, and well-appointed with great amenities. We especially loved the deck, the large bathrooms, and of course, the pool! The location was perfect—just steps from the bay, the beach, and so many great restaurants and bars. We didn't need to drive anywhere because everything was within walking distance.We had an amazing time and would absolutely love to come back again! Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo, but the parking sucked.

We enjoyed our stay very much.

This was the perfect stay for our family of 4 (kids ages 8 and 6) and our 7 month old boxer. The unit was the perfect size with beautiful views of the bay and overlooking the pool. It is right on the bay and one block walk to the beach. Dogs are allowed on the beach before 9/9:30 and after 5/5:30. Three casual restaurants are nearby with a lively nightlife scene if you’re into that. There is a cute coffee shop/cafe a block south.Host was very easy to work with and provided clear instructions. The unit had everything one might need including laundry.I definitely recommend staying here.

Cozy condo !

Love this condo! It's decorated nicely, faces the pool, and the bed was comfortable. The bummer (of which the owner does not have control) is that there is loud live music (which is not always very good) that can be heard at night. Otherwise, great place!

The condo was a bright, welcoming place to stay. We liked the privacy and location. Everything here is topnotch. We will return!

Beautiful place in a good location, but some problems with the amenities.They state that a pool is available for use, but we found no access to the pool through the building. If we wanted to use it we had to walk through the open-air garage in cold, wet weather. The door we were supposed to use within our building with our pass cards was locked to us.Also, the shower I took was with cold water, and we never did figure out why. The owner asked us to look at the electrical panel, which we did, but there wasn't a problem there.

Great communication ahead of our stay. Everything was easy going. Condo is in a great location and super nice and clean.

Unit looked just like the pictures. Very clean which is important to us. Easy check in and out. The location couldn’t be better….on the bay and right in the middle of everything with the ocean 1 block away! It’s very difficult finding a beautiful/clean property when we’re traveling with our little dog. But this one was exceptional!if I had to fault anything, it would be that the mattress in he master bedroom wasn’t that comfortable. Thank you for a very pleasant stay and we would definitely come back!

My mom and I decided we needed a long weekend together on the Eastern Shore. We found the perfect spot in Dewey Beach. The weather in October was wonderful. Restaurants still open and no waiting for a table. We enjoyed staying in this condo. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms just like the pictures showed. Very nicely decorated with a view of the bay and pool. Amazing sunsets in the evening. It was quiet and relaxing. Just Perfect.

We couldn't be happier with our stay at the Hyatt Residences in Dewey. The condo was perfect for our fall beach getaway with our pups. The unit was clean and perfectly located close to everything you would ever want to do in Dewey. We wnjoyed the fire pit on the plaza in the evening to watch the stunning sunsets over the bay. If you're looking for a great breakfast/brunch spot, the Dewey Post in about 30 yards away - you must try their waffles. Highly recommend! Everything about our week was simply perfect.

My wife, pet and I very much enjoyed our stay at this luxury penthouse suite. it was everything and more than we expected.

We gave with family members for the Dewey Goes Pink 5K. The condo was beautiful and very clean. Check in and out couldn't have been easier with very detailed instructions. The location was also perfect with the Lighthouse and Bay Beach being so close. Would definitely recommend!

The location, amenities, and spacious bedrooms made our stay perfect.

Our stay was perfect! Everything felt seamless -- checking in, going into town, the beach, the pools, watching the sunrise and sunsets. The condo was spacious, clean, and included all the essentials. We had a great time with two young children staying in and going out. I would highly recommend this rental property!

The location was the best part of this listing. Although the property managers were very responsive, we should not have had so many problems with a “luxury “ property. The map and instructions for the garage were terrible, we were told not to bother the hotel staff, but they were the only people available to answer questions . The condo was poorly stocked.

The Hyatt is one of our favorite spots not only in Dewey, but at the DE shore as a whole. This unit was spotless. Great view of sunsets over the bay from private balcony. Everything is right outside your door.
