Location, Location, Location. Slopeside 38 is located in the heart of the Smugglers' Notch Resort in the Village East Community at the base of Morse Mountain right next to the Village Lift and in the middle of all village facilities.

This unit is literally on the main village slope only 25 yards from the Village Chair Lift entrance and provides true ski in-ski out accommodations. Slopeside also offers a totally separate ski-room for you to put on and remove your ski and snow board equipment in comfort. Slopeside is also within walking distance of everything the resort has to offer. The Welcome Center, Mountain Grill, Meeting House, Country Store, and Hearth and Candle Restaurant are a two minute walk across The Green. Camps for younger children meet only steps from your front door. So park your car and forget about it.

Inside, this fully air conditioned 2BR/2BA professionally decorated condo is equipped with all the conveniences and comfort you expect in your home away from home. After a full day of skiing, bake a fresh batch of brownies and relax together around the cozy fireplace, or retreat to your own space with Smart TVs in every room. HDMI outlets are also easily accessible if you wish to BYO Fire Stick). Stay in touch with the office, or surf the net with Wi-Fi throughout. In the winter, you can watch as skiers and riders glide by as they head toward the Village Center. In the Summer, eat breakfast on your deck while watching your children play with a bird's eye view of 'The Green,' the center of summer activity.

    The location of the condo was absolutely perfect - especially for ski in and ski out!! It is also in walking distance of the country store, the waffle house, ice cream and restaurants. The condo was so well appointed and clean, and having a washer and dryer was so key! Most of all, the owners could not have been more accessible to answer any questions we had. We would choose to go back in a heartbeat! And will!

    Craig was extremely welcoming, the condo was cozy and couldn’t be better set up for a family with young children. My husband and I were able to easily take turns skiing, and having the little learning park for our 3 yr old right outside the door was so convenient. Also, such close proximity to the waffle cabin was fun for all!

    We stayed here for a week over New Year’s with our family of 6 and had a great experience. All 4of our boys were enrolled in Smuggs’ excellent ski school, and the location could not have been more convenient—just steps from the village center and ski school drop-off/pickup—which made mornings incredibly easy.The condo was very clean, well maintained, and cozy, with everything in perfect working order. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything needed for a full week family stay. One standout feature was the semi-private ski room with a locker directly connected to the condo—extremely convenient for gear storage and easy transitions to the slopes. Parking was also close and easy. The host was excellent to work with—communication was clear, timely, and responsive before and during our stay. Smuggs’ onsite market was helpful for quick items, though for larger grocery runs Shaw’s or Hannaford offer more variety and are about 40 minutes away in winter when the direct road is closed. If you plan to dine out, it’s worth calling ahead, as many on-site and nearby restaurants had limited hours during our stay. The Siberian sled dog experience at Smuggs was a highlight for our family and highly recommended. Lot 6 Brewery was also very good and open most nights (check hours in advance). Overall, it's a fantastic, comfortable, and extremely convenient condo for a family ski trip. We felt cozy and had a great opportunity to ski and spend quality time together after a busy holiday.

    This was our second time staying at Craig’s condo with young children, and both times, it was fantastic! The location is unbeatable - ski right down to the village lift, and a short walk to the Treasures daycare, where our youngest was! Craig was extremely responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. We hope to be back in the future!

    Can't beat the location. Kids in ski school, kids forgot something, quick lunch, or bathroom break? All within a minute walk from the ski school drop-off by the Village lift. Also, just a quick walk to store or shuttle to the top. Didn't need to touch the car for a week. Place was clean and had everything we needed.Owner communicated early and often and made sure everything was in order and asked if there was anything we needed during the week. 10/10, would definitely rent again.

    We enjoyed a long weekend at this Slopeside condo. We have stayed here at least 3 times and love it more each time we go. We have stayed at several Smuggs condos, and the Slopeside location is our favorite -- close to the lifts and the shops/restaurants, allowing our teens more independence and ourselves more peace & quiet.The condo itself is clean and homey with beautiful views of the ski slopes. It has everything you would need -- we bring groceries and eat lunch and several dinners at the condo which saves a ton of . The kitchen has everything we need -- I smiled when I even found a chip clip for our bag of tortilla chips! :-) The wifi works great as does the smart TV, allowing us to watch almost anything we want.Given the frigid temperatures last weekend, it was important to have an inviting and warm space to retreat to easily. We are looking forward to next time!
