Property was great! We could walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Lots of little touches like chairs to take to the beach. Fantastic deck, very peaceful where we spent a lot of time. Just really loved it. Owner Tommy very helpful and responsive. .5 stars!

Nothing worth taking points off for, a few items worth mentioning: At the time of our stay, the internet connection was stable and functional. 15mbits download to a speed test website, 60ms ping in a popular game. Your miles may vary, and I was satisfied. Our family spent more time outside. Good kitchen appliances on site. Thanks for the good times!

The condo was in a perfect setting. Beautiful canopy of oaks and magnolias. Overall, I rate the property mostly a 5 but would suggest a few updates here and there (e.g., toaster oven, upgrade the TV in the bedroom, higher quality towels, a few bath supplies). Overall, very pleased with our stay.

Loved the sleepy little beach condo. Perfect for a Honeymoon vacation and ideal for beach time and especially pool time. Loved the decor and a very comfortable place to stay.

Cable channels were very limited but the location and general amenities were above average.

This is a very nice condo that is close to everything Amelia has to offer. Mr. Tommy was super nice and made check in an easy process. I definitely recommend staying here especially for a family of four. The outdoor balcony overlooking the pool was our favorite part of the place.

Great location and comfortable

The unit was perfect for our family vacation. We loved the access to the pool and tennis courts. Tommy was incredibly helpful during our stay.

We had a good week at Tommy's place. The availability of pickleball courts was great. Eagan's Creek Greenway is just across the street and we walked it several times. Ft. Clinch, Sliders, and of course the nearby beach were all enjoyable, and we had a great meal at Espana.

Great location and Mr. stone was very pleasant as a host.

Everything was exactly as described. The 4 of us were very comfortable in the condo and the location was great.

We had a great stay! Condo provides plenty of space for a small family. Well stocked with basic necessities, kitchen supplies, linen/pillows, and some beach supplies. Pretty easy 10-15 min walk to beach along the sidewalk. Check-in process seamless and ran into no issues. The pool code received must have been old but the updated one was posted on the fridge. Large balcony with tables/chairs overlooks the big very warm pool. Never felt crowded at beach nor pool, had the pool to ourselves a few times. Overall great place to stay.

This condo has a perfect location. We love being near the greenway for walks and five minute walk to the beach. A quick drive for groceries. Also easy to drive to the historic district where it’s fun to shop or eat or watch the sunset from the marina. Condo has comfortable furniture. Pool very large and beautiful but not heated (February). Steps to second floor condo might challenge older guests. Lovely grounds back from street noise. Pickle ball/tennis. Good parking.

had a great stay! This place was super clean!! There is a sliding glass door in the living room and dining room where you can see the pool and a lot of woods. A great place for your morning coffee or a glass of wine! I had a question and the host was very quick to respond.

The condo was very comfortable, and convenient to the beach and several restaurants. It was well equipped for simple cooking, and we loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool and trees while reading, talking, or just relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay in Tommy's clean and well-sited condo on Amelia Island. The location is good and love the access to beach, trail, and town. Tommy is a great host and makes sure that we feel comfortable and at home, even while on vacation. This was our second year staying here which reflects how much we like it. The condo had an abundance of amenities!

Nice. Just felt like it cost too much. A person staying in a different unit said they paid 400 more than me for the entire month. I only stayed 7 nights.

3 over 60 ladies for a girls weekend

I had a very nice stay at this property. It was a short walk to the beach, maybe a quarter mile. The pool entrance was just to the side of the building
