Luxury 3 BR Penthouse with balcony in Downtown NOLA

Host was super friendly and easy to work with! Unit was well appointed and spacious enough for my family during the Thanksgiving weekend.

Long weekend with friends. We had a great time. The condo is in a great location. We easily walked to the French Quarter and the WWII museum! The grocery stores across the street was an added bonus.

Location was ideal and a quick walk from the French Quarter. We felt very safe in the location. We traveled as a family and there was ample room to spread out. The beds were incredibly comfortable, but the TVs were hard to use and we had to stream from our phones and the bath towels were not absorptive.

My stay was absolutely 5 stars!!! Everything was amazing ! It was extremely clean and well equipped with everything we needed during the stay. I would definitely rent this property again .

Great location! Unit is beautiful…however, as a previous guest pointed out, the couch is pretty worn. It’s also very low to the ground. We were disappointed in the lack of response. The sink faucet was so loose that we had to turn the cold water valve off. We were there for 9 days. For the money, it should have been fix. There were other issues that also should have been fixed. There is a grocery store nearby by, which allowed us to get provisions.

This was by far the best rental property I have ever stayed in. The place was beautiful, immaculate and perfectly located. We walked to 90% of the places we wanted to go and never took our car out of the garage. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet at night.

Communication with the owner was easy and timely. Unit is an easy 8-minute walk to Canal Street and the Quarter. The neighborhood is a bit loud (multiple building alarms going off for days), but that is just New Orleans. The water pressure in both bathrooms was low, but otherwise the unit was perfect for our family of 4.

The accommodations were good - consistent with the reviews I read prior to booking. Clean, comfortable unit. My only complaint is the condition of the sofa that has experienced wear and tear. I purchased sheets matching the sofa’s gray color to cover it - which unfortunately added to my expenses.

The property was beautiful and well-maintained. The neighborhood was nice. We were able to walk to a lot of different places to eat and also to hop on the trolley. The beds were comfortable and clean. The apartment was very roomy. Especially, considering there were only two of us there. I would highly recommend this place. I contacted the host several times before enduring our stay and they were always very responsive.

My husband and I with our two adult children and their significant others spent a long weekend here - perfect location, a walk to the French quarter but not a bad one and a streetcar from the garden district. Beds were comfy and home was well appointed we enjoyed making breakfast every day. Would stay again only request would be some shades on the windows in the living area so we didn’t have to wear sunglasses to watch the football Games lol.

I can highly recommend this property. Terrific location close to everything. Caroline & Shaun were extremely responsive and helpful. The Grosh store across the street was an excellent surprise and is much more than a basic Grosh store - very convenient. Several great eating options, coffee spots & great bars on the block.

The building was not numbered correctly on the info we got, which was quite confusing for us, but then we’re from North Dakota LOL otherwise, everything was great

Loved the location & the neighborhood was nice & peaceful & we had a grocery store across the street & CVS pharmacy also right there.

Nice accommodations. Clean and very conveniently located to enjoy the city on foot.
