Luxury 2BDR in Miraflores - UP2, A/C, Sound-proof windows, Pool, Gym, BBQ

Conveniently located with food and Kennedy park close by. Security building is nice to have if it the first time to Miraflores. Apartment needs upgrading in certain ways - bedroom door has a dent, laundry room door eroding, dining chairs kept having screws fall out, making them unusable. Was not stocked enough with kitchen items such as rags, scrub brushes and soaps in the bathrooms. It might need to be used more, being that in the first 2 days, several remotes had batteries go out, 2 light bulbs went out, and a sink needed repair. All in all it was safe, clean, and very conveniently located, just needs a little attention to some small things in the way of maintenance.

Great place and location, close to restaurants, supermarket, coffee shops. Apartment/Condo was clean. All amenities worked. A/C unit was a plus especially in the summer. Rooms were spacious and had built in cabinets. Will definitely recommend!

We were very impressed with the reception staff; their manners, dress code and professionalism was outstanding. The building hallways, elevators and other common areas were sparkling clean. The unit we stayed in was very functional and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay. We appreciated the prompt response from the unit administrator.

The apartment is located in the Great Plains have to swimming pools old are very Clean and Nine apartment was very Clean the host was very nice person and understanding and he answer all my messages immediately I will give him over all and five stars

Everything about the property's description was on point.. The only issue we had was that the at the water drainage in the shower and the sink was a slow. I reached out to the property manager and he said he would get on top of it, besides that everything was perfect.

I just want to start by saying that Miguel was such a kind and incredibly responsive property manager. It was as if we had a personal concierge. He provided a very thorough walk-through of the apartment so that we understood how everything worked. Several occasions I reached out to Miguel for information I was unsure about and his responses were always fast! He always did his best to accommodate me. He is a very good man. The property itself is also very nice! There is a door man downstairs 24/7 so you always feel safe. There is a key card that takes you to only your floor which is another added security protection feature. The apartment has a coded lock that only you and the property manager know. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen was very clean, has all the cookware you might need, and the apartment also has a washer & dryer. There is a lovely dining room table alongside a very comfortable living room with WiFi and a Roku! There is a balcony that gives you an opportunity to step out and hear what's going on in the city. When you close the balcony door, you can barely hear the city at all! I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment and would absolutely recommend it to anyone as well as stay there again in the future. The property was ideally located for our brief stay in Lima - Miraflores is a great neighbourhood - and the owner Linder and his propery manager Miguel were great. Linder replied quickly to our requests, and Miguel worked hard through our lack of Spanish to answer all our questions and help us get around the area during the busy New Year's Eve season.

The apartment is very nice but needs cleaning. It was dusty and the paint is tired. The pool was under repair.

Well kept apartment in a great neighborhood in Lima. Owner and administrator extremely helpful. Security person at lobby were all very professional, helpful and willing to help and assist. The only thing I would have liked is to have a few more blankets as it was chilli during the time of my stay. But still if I got back to Lima this is a place I could stay again for sure,
